it depends on who your fighting and what আপনি mean দ্বারা better.. right now my rayquaza's attack, defense, and sp defense are higher than my mewtwo's personally i like rayquaza আরো but thats just me =O

I think Mewtwo is strong, but my Rayquaza never let's me down in battle. Just like আপনি I like Rayquaza better.
Rayquaza might be able to beat it with Crunch, but Mewtwo can use Ice Beam which is good against it. However, Rayquaza can learn Shadow Claw so it might have an advantage at some points. But I like Rayquaza more.
