Please,can we change both banner and icon...? :) :) :)

for example I think this প্রতীকী is really sweet! Can we change both of them,because the প্রতীকী is a bit old(but nice) and we can't understand either Em অথবা rob on the banner....???
Is there anyone who angrees with me...? :)
