No, I don't think he's under appreciated. He has a lot of fans. Plus, he did other চলচ্চিত্র besides Harry Potter in between Harry Potter, and after, which is very smart. Now, he won't be typecast. He'd probably be in trouble if all he did was Harry Potter.
Yes! I have looked in magazine after magazine for প্রবন্ধ on Rupert, but all I have found is a flimsy half-page প্রবন্ধ on him in a magazine with FIFTY PAGES FOR HARRY POTTER! And he is REALLY hot, has many fans, and is a WONDERFUL actor! As I like to say, "To bad for Harry Potter, Ron Weasley grew-up hotter!" And I just think it's a horrible thing to do, him nothavinng much attention!
