I did watch it for Sarah. I didn't like How I Met your Mother, but then when I heard that she was going to be playing a big role in it, and that it is going to be really her post-scrubs job, I now have to become a fan, because of her role on it. But I don't care what she does, in that show, she will always be the awkward, slightly clumsy, frickedy frick frick Elliot Reid of Scrubs to me.
