Other than that, I would say never. When you've been with each other for quite some time, আপনি could lose the condoms but only if you've both been tested for STD's and the girl is on birth control. However I would still use condoms because it further reduces the risk of getting pregnant.

This is a stupid comment. আপনি should just always keep a condom with you, precisely for when আপনি get in a situation that আপনি didn't plan. No protection=no sex.
