Why can't I connect with Colombian women?

No matter how hard I try, I can’t seem to connect with Colombian women. I’ve been living in Cartagena for a few months now, and I haven’t landed a তারিখ ever since. Physically, I don’t think I look that bad, plus I have very good hygiene and manners. I don’t know, maybe it’s the language barrier? অথবা perhaps most local women are just not interested in getting together with foreigners?
