i got exar kun followed by darth revan then by darth maul then luke then qui gon then balistila shan then darth vader then obi wan (pre death of qui gon) then anakin then count dooku then obi wan(post death of qui gon) then mace windu then darth sidious and lastly yoda well that took a long time to type
