নমস্কার Guys just here to tell আপনি that it's not your fault and আপনি can do something about it, I know that it can be hard to speak out and that sometimes there is a large pool of hurt but there is people that আপনি can turn to for help.

There is a common misconception that there is nothing that আপনি can do... আপনি can and don't let anything tell আপনি otherwise.

I know what it is like and I know how bad it feels, please, please, please no matter what he/she has done to আপনি talk to someone that আপনি know well and can trust, becasue if আপনি just leave it to bottle up on the insde, because it is not worth the pain and the হৃদয় ache that follows.

try to talk to your counciler if আপনি have one because they can help আপনি throuth it too.
