I have a hard time choosing a single favorite. I generally just go with a top five or so with some members rotating.

Yesung, Eunhyuk, Eeteuk, HanKyung and Heechul are my usual, although it does sometimes change depending on my mood or whatever video of them I'm watching.

It's hard to choose because they've all got such amazing and cracktastic personalities. >.<;;

i love all the super junior members but if i'm going to choose only one it would be no other than the dance machine Eunhyuk.Bcoz his a good dancer and jolly

Heechul : funny , sharp ,has a special personality , handsome , notices everything around him like when they tried to play a hidden camera prank on him he noticed the hidden cameras hehe , and he's really funny when he imitates others...
Siwon : Cool , gentle , well mannered , a bit shy and has a smile to DIE FOR ....
Donghae : adorable , playful and innocent like a child , has a great smile , very cute and handsome ....
Kyuhyung : handsome ,great smile , beautiful voice , funny....
Hankyung : innocent , strong , cool , quite calm ....
Sungmine : cute , talented in many things , doesn't seem like it but he is kind of strong , soft ....
Yesung : has an amazing voice, really funny , weird but in a funny way , i think he's kind of strong too , really funny when he imitates others members 9 really good at it too).......
((i LOVE THEM ALL BUT I GUESS THESE 7 MEMBERS ARE MY FAVORITE )) THEY ARE ALL MINE !!! HAHAHA

i love leeteuk's laugh. Kyuhyun's witty and funny remarks(really wanna meet him) and i love kibum's cute smile, donghae's and eunhyuk's cute dances, hangeng's and heechul's funny korean.
The others are also okay but the ones i mentioned are my favorites.

Well, I really love ALL of them... But when someone asks me this question I autumatically say Heechul. I just really really really love him, he's so... so. T_T
He's talented, he sings GREAT [not the best in the group, but he sure sings awsome<3], he's PRETTEY! SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOO prettey~! As a guy of course, and also as a girl... <3 He's just beautiful no matter what. And also, he's so cute and funny~ <3 And he has this "I'm better than you" thing but you can see it's just an act and he doesn't actually thinks that way~ And... I don't know I just love him<3
And after Heechul, my faveorite members are Siwon, Hankyung, and... well, everyone else is my favorite too. ;; I just love each one of them for different reasons... like, I really love Kyuhyun because of his voice, and Eunhyuk because of his dance and his personality, and Donghae as well... And Shindong because he is just plain talented! And he's so cute I really want to hug him for the rest of the days :3 And... I don't know I really just love all of them T_T
