Hi!, I'm rewatching all episodes from season 1 to season 6, and knowing from season 5 that Sam was Lucifer's true vessel for all that Michael, God destiny thing, my প্রশ্ন is: what was the reason for the other special children that Azazel fed?
tHIS IS WHAT AZAZEL HAD PLANNED He wanted to free Lucifer,so he is told that he will need to find special children. this would help in the ultimate plan of freeing Lilith to allow her to break the final সীল to free lucifer. So why did he go after Rosie in Season 1 was he planning to do this again in another 23 years?

Two thoughts: 1. Azazel had all the time in the world so maybe he was continually choosing kids to bleed in case his first batch didn't work out. Perhaps there were a handful of kids every year. 2. Maybe he sent that vision to Sam not because he really wanted Rosie but because he wanted to draw Sam out. Perhaps it was a test to see how far Sam had come in his psychic abilities. Sam was the strongest as he was also drinking Demon blood from Ruby so he had an unfair advantage over the rest. Ruby helped him to kill Lilith for her own gain. In Jewish mythology Lilith was created দ্বারা god and was Adams first wife she left him and took up with the arch অ্যাঞ্জেল Samael/Satan and had many demon children to him Azazel was her first born and it was he who showed Tubal-Cain how to make weapons. The thing people get mixed up is with is that Lucifer and Satan are the same person when in fact they are not. The explanations about the vessels are confused. 1. Most angel's vessels are down to bloodlines.
