I love all of them really. The extended scenes are always one of my favourite features on any dvd but the gag reels for SPN are always topnotch hilarious! But I love commentary and behind the scenes stuff too. I love to hear the crew talk about the show.

I got a question: does the cast get to do commentaries, or is it just writers, producers, directors, etc.?

I prefer cast commentaries. They're more interesting.
