Timothy Sweet, 33, claims he's married to সত্বর and will kill anyone who stands between them, including her family. He first began stalking the "I Knew আপনি Were Trouble" singer in January 2011, according to legal documents obtained দ্বারা the gossip site.

Through his messages via email, letters and social media posts, Sweet has gotten আরো aggressive and downright threatening over time.
"My wife, Taylor সত্বর [Sweet]and I live in Beverly Hills," the troubled man allegedly wrote in one message. "I am in প্রণয় with her. In conclusion, we treat each other with dignity and respect. I will carry a gun to protect her the rest of my life."
Another intimidating note even named U.S. Secretary of State Kerry.
"Dearest Taylor, I'll kill any man who gets in the way of our marriage," he reportedly wrote. "Message to John Kerry, Secretary of State. Message from YOUR Presidential Candidate."
Sweet took it a step further to include Swift's family as targets.
"If anyone in Taylor Swift's family gets killed, it is not my fault," he supposedly wrote.
"[His conduct] is seriously alarming and harassing and [is] extremely distressing to me and my family," সত্বর ব্যক্ত in court, according to E!, adding that she does "not have desire to interact with অথবা communicate in any way with Mr. Sweet."
