Daily Billboard knows that stop-motion animation company Laika likes to do things differently, but this purple and gold colour combination ad creative for their latest offering, The Boxtrolls, really isn\'t particularly appealing at all.

Alan Snow\'s fantasy adventure novel Here Be Monsters!, this hybrid of stop-motion and CGI animation tells the tale of an orphaned boy, \'Eggs\' (voiced by Game of Thrones \'Bran Stark\', Isaac Hempstead Wright), raised by a race of underground-dwelling, trash-collecting creatures. Feared by the townspeople they live beneath, they are targeted by an evil exterminator who wants to wipe them out.
