আপনি guys, The Carrie Diaries have started filming! Since the first peep of a Sex and the City prequel, we've been anxiously anticipating any and ALL forthcoming details about the production. Mostly because of the colossal shoes left to fill দ্বারা the SATC empire. From rainy Saturday marathons of our DVD box sets, to catching up with Candace Bushnell's book, to ফ্যান্টাসি casting the would-be mini-versions of the show's fashion icons, we are SO AMPED for the প্রদর্শনী to hit The CW, and snaps of baby Carrie, AnnaSophia Robb, in full hair and makeup mean we're THAT much closer!
Set in the '80s, we're pretty sure these Uggs are not part of the official Carrie Bradshaw wardrobe, but those platinum tendrils undoubtedly are. The voluminous 'do brings cutie AnnaSophia to the veritable spitting image of OG Carrie, Sarah Jessica Parker. Slap a tutu স্কার্ট and a ফুল clip on this girl and call it a day! Beneath an oversized cobalt zip-up hoodie dotted with itsy bitsy পরাকাষ্ঠা polka dots, we see the slightest peek of a full denim একটি লাইন স্কার্ট with a button front extending down to the hem.

Of course, The Carrie Diaries take place in a different time and তারকা a decidedly আরো naive heroine, we'll venture to say that Carrie still wielded a similar style fearlessness, if not necessarily at the same level as the Manhattanite we grew to love. We're hoping there are some mixed prints under that big সোয়েটার and that her on camera পাদুকা is ballerina-inspired. *crosses fingers extra tight*
