There's no references to Lucky তারকা in TMOHS because Lucky তারকা was made after TMOHS. However both animes are made দ্বারা the same company and Haruhi and Konata have the same voice actress which is why Konata cosplays as Haruhi, it's suppose to be kinda a funny breaking the 4th দেওয়াল type joke.
