Does anybody know what Elena ব্যক্ত in the episode "Brave New World" in the end?

I'm german and I don't understand what Elena ব্যক্ত in the last সেকেন্ড when she was on the big wheel with Stefan. His answer was no^^ can anybody helf me? :)))
