One of the few members of TOGS that isn't human, but what he is is... a mystery. The only other janitor outside of Boomer and one of the oldest members of the store, Bernie is known for his appearance, having a short, stumpy body with long orangutan like arms that drag along the floor sometimes when lazy, along with the bag he wears over his head with eye holes and a smile drawn onto the bag to make an attempt of smiling to the customers.
