I think he'd go to Abby to get a womans perspective! I don't think Tony and McGee do the deep and meaningful convo thing! Abby would be more sympathetic to his problem!

The reason that I said McGee is because he spends the most time with them and Tony would want to know wether he could sense Ziva felt the same way he did. But Abby would be good too, because Ziva might've mentioned something!

I also think it might just come out in a conversation with McGee. He might not go to McGee with the purpose of sharing his feelings, but they've grown close over the years. . .

It would definitely be McGee. I find that despite how much Tony taunts him, he considers him as one of his best friends and care about him [AKA: Cheering McGee up in 'Probie' and giving advice in 'Moonlighting']. It could also be Abby too but they have lack of moments to classify it to telling secrets..

Yeah, I think Tony might think McGee already half-knows anyway, since he was there for the "I couldn't live without you" moment and he wrote a book about them as a romantic couple, Tommy and Lisa! So he may feel that it would be easier telling McGee.

He already started talking about 'post elevator us' in front of him. :D
