TRING! TRING! TRING! Edward groaned as he put a hand over the beeping alarm clock to stop it. He got up and stretched his arms. He wasn’t looking অগ্রবর্তী to go to school day. His Biology teacher would surely put him in detention for he didn’t do the project he was supposed to do. Edward took a quick ঝরনা and got ready for school. After making his mother and himself some breakfast and then eating it he stood up and was ready for school.
“Bye Mom!” He ব্যক্ত as he closed opened the front door. She didn’t notice. She never noticed. She never noticed when he invited a friend অথবা when he goes for football practice. “Hey Ed!” Billy said.

“What’s your f*cking problem? Huh?” She wiped the blood off her nose. Marcus was surprised at her reaction but he quickly recovered himself. “So আপনি just go everywhere and trip people like that. I’m warning you. আপনি do NOT want to mess with me.” With that ব্যক্ত she turned around and was about to walk away. All the people watching stepped back to let her go. But Marcus wasn’t done yet. He grabbed her elbow and pushed her against a locker. He was about to fight আরো but Nigel and Sam held him back. Slowly he turned around and walked away. Edward rushed to the girl. Even though the girl didn’t want to he took her to the small infirmary. There was no nurse over there so he took out a packet of ice and gave it to the girl.
“Here” He said. They both sat on a বিছানা quiet for a while. The classes hadn’t started yet so that gave them some time.
“Are আপনি new? “ Edward finally asked. The girl looked at him and nodded. “What’s your name?” He asked again after a while. She put the ice pack down.
“Kitty.” She said.
“I’m Edward.” He said. He put out his hand in front of her. Kitty hesitated but shook his hand. Right then a ঘণ্টা rang. Edward and Kitty got up and went to their classes without saying another word.

At lunch Edward was sitting with পাতিহাঁস and Billy. They stopped talking though. Because of her. She barged into the cafeteria with two girls right behind her. She looked over everybody and narrowed her eyes when she saw someone else on her spot.
“You!”, Jenny shouted to the boy. The boy –clearly terrified- got up and sat down somewhere else. Jenny walked to her টেবিল with her head held high and her বন্ধু at her heel. She pushed Nicole Webster out of the way and sat down on her spot.
“Well that’s one way to scare people.” পাতিহাঁস remarked. Edward and Billy smiled. That was when the doors opened yet again and Kitty came in. She looked everywhere to see where she could sit down. Edward gestured to her to come sit with him. Hesitantly she walked over there and sat পরবর্তি to him. Billy raised his eyebrow at Edward. Edward shook his head. All of them then ate in silence. “Kitty!” Edward yelled after her. He followed her.
Edward found Kitty in the grounds. She was sitting with her back on a tree, tears streaming from her eyes. He walked to her and sat down with her. She looked at him.
“What?” She asked. Edward shook his head.
“When আপনি ate the খাবার why did you-?” He didn’t need to finish the question.
“I- I can’t tell you.” She said. She had stopped crying now.
“Why? I’m your friend now.” He ব্যক্ত calmly. Kitty stayed silent for a bit.
“I-I have- No. I can’t tell you. Sorry” Kitty said. She wiped her face and got up. She walked inside the school. Edward stayed there for a while. He really wanted to help Kitty. He got up and walked inside as well.
