Their relationship is so messed up. I think that at least if it wouldn't have been for the movies... it wouldn't have been as bad... but I don't know... I've never thought they were meant to be.

I always thought Big was the man that Carrie fell deeply in love with and couldn't forget, And Big had trouble moving on, like they started an affair and other stuff, Carrie was with him when he had heart surgery...

They never could move on from each other, no matter what. They weren't perfect and made a lot of mistakes, but they were true love. Real love is messy, not some corny fairytale. I think it was pretty realistic. If it had been on there, I would have chosen "all consuming". That's the type of love Carrie wanted, and she got it in the end. :)
