Jacob phases in front of him, so Charlie knows নেকড়ে-মানুষ exist. But he doesn't know Bella and the rest of the Cullens are vampires. Only that there's something different about them, and that they're not নেকড়ে-মানুষ like Jacob. He stated he wants to keep everything on a need to know basis. He also knows that Renesmee is special, but not that she's a half-human half-vampire. Chapter 25 of Breaking Dawn explains it all. :)

I would প্রণয় to see Charlie's face when Jacob puts his pants of. Although, if I had to choose between that an seeing it myself....
In Breaking Dawn, Charlie only knows about the নেকড়ে-মানুষ cause if they tell him about the vampires, he could die. So in the book, Jacob helps covering Bella's story in the way of... ... Telling Charlie about the নেকড়ে-মানুষ and Carlisle tells Charlie that Bella has a sickness and he can't visit her. Then when Bella gives birth to Renesmee, দ্বারা doing that she changes into a vampire দ্বারা injecting Edward's venom into her heart. Jacob tells Charlie that edward and Bella adopt Edward's neice since hi "brother' past away in an accident.
So... Charlie doesn't find out about everything in Breaking Dawn and for his own good too.
Yes and No...charlie knows that bella is different and that she knew what she was getting herself into when she married Edward. So, look, Charlie knows about Jacob and has some inkling on the situation but, the dude has no types of specifics. no he doesn't.He does learn about Jacob,because Jacob phased into a নেকড়ে in front of him.He does not know that the Cullens and Bella are vampires.If he knew about ভ্যাম্পায়ার then the Volturi would kill him.He does notice that Bella has changed,but Bella says she will only tell him things he needs to know.Hope that উত্তর your question.
