Melime well personally, I think every one is like that. Every female torn by her emotions is going to hurt one or the other and her thoughts to comfort herself don't make since. I say back off, like you would do better in the situation. And I think everyone is understanding where she is coming from. Luckl;y she is just a character and if I remember corrctly. She already jumped off a cliff. lol!

lyricjasperfan I don't think anyone would really do a good job in her situation. Really this is one of the few times you actually see a characters thoughts through out, and feel her emotions. She has to go through situations that no one has to go through, her boyfriend is a vampire her best friend a werewolf, and if I remember correctly he's the one who left her at the end of New Moon. So I mean she had justifications to not want to talk to him. Her father was being so, gah, I felt like punching him because he just kept pushing Jacob onto her when she was mad at him. Sometimes you just can't forgive and forget so quickly.

xXBellatrixXx Chillax girl!! You don't exactly understand Bella's situation. Bella is extremely confused in Eclipse, she doesn't know what to do about Jacob and Edward. For starters she's only human so like us she makes mistakes and doesn't understand things until its too late. Bella does have a good heart though, she wants everyone else to be happy. Its not her fault in the books that she obsesses over Edward I mean seriously who wouldn't. And Edward's the one that doesn't want to leave her alone for even a second. And she definitly doesn't think she's perfect, she says it a million times in the books you can also tell by the way she dresses, and acts around people. The thing with Jacob is really complicated as well. Bella is very similar to Edward in some of her decisions. She thinks its better to distance herself from Jacob so that in time he'll get over her and move on, plus the fact that he keeps pushing himself on her doesn't really help. She really does love Jacob and hates the situation she's in with the love triangle just as much as he does. Besides Jacob didn't imprint on her, no matter how much I wish he did *sigh*, he'll imprint on someone someday. It's Edward's fault that she didn't go with Jacob. I agree with you that Bella can sometimes get annoying and while reading I'm just like WTF did you do that for? But Bella's a complicated character *coughjustlikejacob,jacobhaterscoughcough* You can't always judge her(and Jacob for that matter, to people who hate Jacob) for their actions. People sometimes do stupid things when they don't mean to.

luvrofedward yea, i understand everywhere you guys are coming from, and yea, she can be a good person sometimes, but shes just not my favorite character, thats all. :) maybe i should refrase the title to something lik, "Bella may have some issues" or something.

GingerGirl36 I totally understand. Throughout the end of New Moon and all of Eclipse I found myself repulsed at her and her selfishness.... she almost acted as if loving Edward was a burden to her. I found her very needy and sometimes an awful person. Suck it up and try to make others happy not just yourself. I was so angry when she convinced Edward to stay with her during the battle. She needs to get a life. Edward is not everything even though he is amazing. Bella you have lived 17 years without him, I think you can handle a couple hours without him on your leash. Oh and Edward grow some and tell her not to kiss Jacob. Be a good boyfriend and be jealous if you love her. I still love you though <3

Lunatic I agree that Bella has a lot of problems, but I don't understand the first in your list. Page 14: (Charlie to Bella) "You're hurting Jake's feelings, avoiding him like this." response: HOLY CRAP listen to your father Bella!!! you have got a serious problem, and you are hurting poor Jake in the process! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!?!?!?!? GET..A..LIFE, and leave Jacob out of it Charlie is trying to guilt trip Bella into doing something with Jacob and you say she should listen to her father, but you also say she needs to get a life and leave Jacob out of it. You totally just contradicted yourself.
