Alice

Jasper gave me a weird look, but he took the outfit and went to change after he went hunting. I didn't need to hunt as often as he did, but I needed আরো time to get ready. I was really happy with the way I looked. It took me a long time to finish, but Jasper still wasn't at our meeting place. I wanted to check his future, but a part of me worried that he'd slipped. I would feel bad if I was wrong about that, but I didn't want to handle that situation again.

I smoothed my dress and fixed my hair just before he walked up. His eyes bugged and his jaw opened slightly. Recovering himself, he ব্যক্ত "You look stunning Alice". If I was human I would have blushed. "Do I pass inspection? Halfway decent?" he asked. I adjusted his scarf "There. All the way decent" I approved.

Suddenly, he pulled a red rose from behind his back and placed in in my hands. "Thank you!" I said. I kissed him then ran inside for a mirror. Perhaps danced inside was the আরো appropriate term. He was so perfect and we were going to meet the Cullens and he bought me a rose!

Jasper

I hadn't really expected her reaction to the rose. She was pretty easy to please. She acted like I'd made her whole day. Then, she disappeared into the abandoned house we'd been staying in. I blinked and followed her slowly. When I stepped inside, she was carefully placing the rose in her hair and humming to herself. Once she was satisfied with her placement she danced over to me "Thank you!" She ব্যক্ত again... অথবা rather sang. I'd have to buy her things আরো often.

I laughed. "You're very welcome Miss Alice" She let me call her Miss Alice now. It was a term of endearment now, rather than a formality. She smiled at me demurely as I thought, once again, about the insane thing we were going to do. "Ready to go?" She asked. Ready as I'll ever be. I nodded sharply.

She squealed with delight and grabbed my hand. I let her pull me, not paying much attention to where were going. I stopped abruptly when I saw a house in the distance and caught the scent of several vampires. "Are আপনি sure about this?" I asked her. She nodded brightly. "Ready?" She asked. I nodded and started walking, placing myself between her and the house.

Alice

"Now if it turns bad..." Jasper began for the millionth time as we walked up to the house at an agonizingly slow pace. I rolled my eyes "I know. I know. I leave immediately and get as far away as possible." He nodded in approval. "Yes, and I'll catch up to you." He promised. "You do realize that I would never agree to that plan if there was any possibility of a fight?" I verified. He laughed one hard laugh in response.

I stroked his arm lightly, trying to calm him down and he sent a wave of calm toward me to curb my excitement. I was trying to be understanding of his fears, but he was being a little ridiculous. I let him walk ahead of me as I caught sight of Esme looking out the window at us. I saw her lips move, calling Carlisle and Rosalie. Jasper was also watching her, calculating. I reached around him to ring the doorbell. I saw that he was planning on saying "Are আপনি absolutely sure?" so I ব্যক্ত "Yes I'm sure" before he opened his mouth.

"Are আপনি crazy?" He asked. "Please, Please, Please don't zone out on me now." He hissed. I wasn't that out of things when I had visions. "I won't" I promised, to calm him down. Then the door opened and I beamed at Carlisle.

Jasper

I should have expected it, Alice being Alice, but I was thrown when she grabbed the vampire Carlisle's hand and shook it. "Hi Carlisle! My name is Alice and this is Jasper. May we come in?" I cringed slightly as Carlisle blinked, trying to make sense of her. "Of course" he said, confused, but polite. As soon as he stepped aside, Alice pulled me in with her.

"Esme!" Alice exclaimed and threw her arms around one of the women. The other woman was glaring at us with suspicion. I sent a wave of calm toward her. Though her emotions changed, her defensive stance didn't. With a bewildered expression, Esme returned Alice's hug. Then Alice took my hand and pulled me toward Esme. That meant that my back was facing the suspicious one. Not ideal.

"Esme, this is Jasper; Jazz, Esme" Alice sang. I nodded my head "Ma'am" I ব্যক্ত politely. "Hello" she replied. Alice moved on to the suspicious one. Thankfully, she didn't attempt a hug. "Hello Rosalie. Don't worry I'll explain everything." Rosalie looked at Carlisle, as if wondering why he'd let us in. Carlisle stepped nearer to us and ব্যক্ত "Explanation would be wonderful. Would আপনি like to have a seat?" he asked, gesturing to some sofas and chairs. Perfect. If we were all sitting I wouldn't have to worry about them attacking from behind. What had Alice gotten us into?
