i don't know why but when i see her she's always acting like that.
like she doesn't care of it and like she hates twilight.
she was one of my favorite actress, but now i feel like she drops in my top actress.

i think she's just tired. Every interview in America has similar, if not the same, questions. The actors repeat their answere over and over again. "No, the chemistry between me and Rob was there from the beginning" or "I could see Rob. He wasn't just posing". It's all the same questions. But she doesn't seem enthusiastic as some of the actors.. but I wouldn't say she didn't care about the series. "I can't do anything if I'm not compelled to do it, but I'm a fan of the series as well. So to become Bella for a extended time would be great."- Kristen Stewart

I agreed with mandapanda,actor get asked same questions over and over until they can no longer care. I read the interview that every magazines out there asked about what Rob thinks of all this and same answers to every single one.Same every questions in every magazines is BORING!!!So I rather blame this on boring interviewer.

but if we look at some other actors they look more happy.
maybe it's not about the series but just how she looks.. i don't know :S

I know what you mean, i think she should show a bit more Enthusiasm! she's got the role of a lifetime in twilight!! Rob gets asked the same Qs all the time also but he still seems like he appreciates what Twilight has done for him!!

It's disgusting. She has been given this great opportunity that COMPLETELY helped her career to the EXTREME and she treats it like another one of her "movies no one goes to see". You just want to strangle her. SHOW SOME RESPECT, DAMN IT!

she doesn't care about the fame or publicity. I don't think she's ungreatful for the opportunity. She became Bella because she loves to act, she loves the books, and because she was compelled to do the part. It would help her to be more enthusiastic about it though, I will admit.

And, to be honest, I don't really care if she likes the series or not. A LOT of actors take on rolls of movies they think suck. But, you know what, they put on a happy face and try to make their fans happy. Kristen, well kristen... she just kind of acts like she is ABOVE it. That is what really bugs me. She thinks she is ABOVE Twilght. And, its like, if you really think that... dont take the part.

I don't think she's above it. She's just honest. People take Kristen's honest attitude and twist it because they think she's not "worthy". She said so herself that anyone could have played the part... I don't get why people think she's arrogant or she thinks shes "better" than everyone else.

^^ Well, because, she acts it. I mean, she always is talking like twilight is below her. And i get it, but she shouldn't be voicing her "honest" opinion. I mean, her honesty is getting on my nerves. Its like she can say any passive-ogressive, arrogant thing and hide behind "well, its just honesty". And when she starts like insulting her fans... thats disgusting. She always says anyone could play the part (which is another insult, btw) so she should be like thankful that she gets to play the part... not be using her new fame to insult others. I can't really explain it... its like when she talks ALL that comes out is "honesty" about the twilight movie.

I get what your saying. The press sometimes takes what she says out of context and makes her out to be the bad guy sometimes.. the MSN interview for example. She said something about Twilighters being annoying or something... She assured us that's not what she said. But I totally get what your saying. She used to bug me, but she's grown on me...

^^ The irony is that I used to LOVE her before Twilight. I adored Into The Wild and now, after all of that crap, I just can't stand looking at her. I get that she's only a teenager (she's 18, right?) but with all of this stuff she says... its just hard to like her. Especially when she says stuff about her fans. Thats just wrong. and I mean I've heard her talk and its obvious she doesn't respect or like it at all.

plus, I dont think she understands fame. She said so herself she's not good at being famous so maybe that's it too.

yeah. She's the same person. It's like Rob said. People scream at them and stuff like that. They can't give anything back to people except their performance, but people expect more from Kristen. I know Rob is more happy, but I think that's because he can handle the fame better than Kristen. That's just my opinion, also, i bet it's alot of pressure on both of them as well. They don't like attention so it's got to be hard for them.

yeah. I think it would be an insult if they weren't pressured at all by the fans. Edi/Laurent said he didn't feel that much pressure because they felt they did a good job in transforming to the big screen which is understandable. We all know Into the Wild was based on a book as well, but it didnt have a HUGE fanbase like Twilight. and what you said about the not being good enough. I think that's what she means about being Bella. Anyone could play her, anyone can relate to Bella enough to play the part. Into the Wild interviews with Kristen, she felt so free, but Twilight interviews.. she has to monitor what she says otherwise people will manipulate what she says and take it the wrong way... then that leads to rumors. I think it all comes to the pressure.

i know she's an amazing actress and she do has done a great job.

some critics didn't like the movie because of the special effects, or they said the movie was only fueled by the fans. Some fans of the movie, didn't like her as Bella. They said she was, these are their words not mine, unemotional/stiff/monotone. I agree to some extent. She seemed stiff and monotone to me at some parts, but not the whole movie as a whole. I loved the movie. The special effects weren't the best, but what can you do? We can't do anything except hope for the best. They did all they could for the movie. They put everything into it. The cast/crew/producers. And that was totally off topic, but I needed something to close with...

See, it is just that she is very bad at interviews. It is abundantly clear that she is very bad at conversing infront of the camera and she has confessed in many interviews that it is her least favourite part of the whole ordeal.
She is mostly misunderstood because she is not capable of putting her thought across. Either that or she is ,presumably,always high!

I thought this when i was watching one of her interviews, she didn't seem that bothered. To me she comes across a little shy and nervous so as thisfiasco_ said it might be her personality.

She doesn't like the spotlight and the whole Hollywood thing.
