I think if Jacob really love her, he would let her be with Edward because this was what she wants, bc if you really love a person you sometimes have to let that person go!But no he always try to convince her that she is in love with him and not Edward!
A person who really loves you with all of his heart, would never do the this, you just want the other person to be happy!

When did he ever say she wasn't in love with Edward? He never did. And like Stephenie said, it's much better that she knows she's in love with Jacob before going into such huge decisions as marrying Edward.

No, but he's happier knowing he showed Bella there was another option. Had Bella never discovered she loved Jacob back, she wouldn't know that. And Jacob needed her to know that, otherwise he wouldn't be able to live with himself. How could Jacob let her go in the beginning? He stopped seeing her when he transformed, but she just kept ringing and demanding to see him. It's Bella's choice too.

He could live with himself now, but he caused also Bella a lot of pain by showing her that she is in love with him too!I mean in eclipse she nearly "died" out of pain by saying Jacob that she loves him but choose Edward over him!So what is the point to show Bella that she have an other option when it was pretty clear that she would choose Edward, it have just caused Bella a lot of pain!
I know that it also was Bella's choice, but at this point she wanted to see him as a friend, she doesn't have any romantic feelings!But Jacob was always in love, so I think he should go away from her, but I understand that this is hard when you are in love!

I don't think it's selfish. Had he just done it to be with her (which I am aware some people think, but I don't) then yeah I would, but it's the fact Bella is so blinded by Edward that she doesn't realise being a vampire isn't all roses. Edward doesn't really want her to become a vampire either, same with Rosalie. But nothing they say can convince Bella to actually think about what life as a vampire will be like. Jacob showing her she's in love with him is the only way Jacob thinks will make her stop and think about her decision. I don't think Bella is as mature as some people think. Jacob was in love with her, but he also deeply cared about her. He could see how broken she was. Imagine if she didn't have Edward or Jacob in New Moon.

Bella is really not that mature, actually she is really immature!I mean after Edward left she acted like she would die, the same she did at the end of eclipse (whole jacob loving thing)! Come on girl have a little self respect, you don't need a guy to be happy!
And you are right being a vampire is not all good and it was the right thing of Jacob to say her that! I just don't like the way he did it!
But to be honest I think both guys are not perfect for her, I mean a werewolf who can't keep his anger and a vampire who want your blood are not the best match!
I just always liked Edward and Bella's lovestory more, because their love seems more true to me!I like Jacob more as Bella's friend, to be honest he sometimes annoys me to hell :), but I was glad that he was there for Bella when Edward left.

Not really. Vampires are the wolves enemies. The whole point the wolves/shape-shifters exist is to protect the humans from vampires. It's kinda natural for him to be hostile.
