I can't pick any of these options: I love Oz, but I prefer Tara, so I can't say he's the best for Willow. And obviously I can't choose 'No I don't like Oz so much' because like I just said I LOVE him!

OZ is absolutely the best, he was Willow's true love in the beginning and should have been the only one for her!!! I really don't like Tara, she's too blah!!! I hated What Joss did to Willow's character, i use to love her but when Oz left all of her good/cuteness went with him!!! If Oz couldn't be with Willow again i would have been satisfied if he remained in the show!!!! There was all this great character arch about him that was never explored, damn!!! I mean common he's hot, he's smart, he's in a band and he's a werewolf!!!!

I'm caught between Oz and Tara. In my opinion, they're both great with Willow. Also, I loved that Oz was a werewolf!

Tara was sweet and Willow's best relationships were with her friends, Xander and Buffy, but Oz was definitley the best match for Willow.

i prefer tara for willow.. tara is not as sweet and sexy and adorable person to be with.. she is not that kinda smart and powerful witch.. but one good thing about tara is that she was nothing.. but for willow she was the best thing happened in her life.. as an audience, you will feel how willow was very much in love to a person which is not likeful.. and i think thats the true essence of love.. willow showed to us what is the true meaning of love.. and that is tara.. for love.. there should be no reasons at all..
