Tips on লেখা a believable psychopath?

I'm লেখা a story that involves sort of a Norman Bates type of character, but he's আরো on the grounds of stalking a person and kindly taunting rather than to kill them. I'm basing the character around WWE's Dean Ambrose, but আরো in depth and আরো scarily obviously insane.

I've been wiki-ing psychopaths and it helps somewhat, but I need some extra help.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I've never heard of Norman Bates অথবা Dean Ambrose...but in my opinion psychopaths are most believable in two ways;

1. Quite obviously mad, yet very dangerous. These types are totally unpredictable, likely to fly out at anyone অথবা anything, feared দ্বারা everyone. They are likely to be paranoid and will kill people over the slightest thing. At the same time however, they can be cunning (when it comes to killing off their enemies) and can come up with some pretty horrible and sneaky strategies when it স্যুইটস্‌ them. Often they have maybe only one close friend/sidekick/bodyguard/minion who is considerably calmer than they are and the only reason that they've been able to stay alive for so long with such a master is due to the ways they use persuasion and flattery to win him/her over. They often have violent mood swings; one মিনিট they're kindly and smooth-sounding, the পরবর্তি মিনিট they're yelling curses and striking out at everyone, adding to the unpredictability.

2. The undiscovered psycho. These types are possibly the scariest of all, since no-one actually thinks of them as being mad, yet when alone অথবা with victims the true side is revealed. Rather than অভিনয় like a mad person, however, these types are icily calm and hardly ever panic; they have minds of a criminal genius-gone-wrong and plan things carefully before making their পরবর্তি move, making it even harder for the victim to get away. Like the type mentioned above, they are very unpredictable, yet not in the mood-swinging fashion-more in the way that they test out their plans, playing with their victims, toying with the police who still have no idea who this villain is. These characters are often mad as a result of something major changing in their lives eg. bad childhood memories, a near-death experience etc. This makes them even আরো interesting to write about as even though they are evil, there are perhaps sides of their personality which the reader can understand and even slightly empathize with. However, deep down they are killers and make for a very dangerous enemy in any situation.

Hope this helps!

Well আপনি need to consider that while the mental বিবরণ of the person is important, that আপনি use the person's physical actions as well. There's a saying: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result." For an example of that, see my প্রবন্ধ on this club called "James." Also, the very words আপনি choose can convey a feeling depending on the way they sound to the ear. For instance: "He continued to pick the cup up and throw it back to the ground with dogged repetition." sounds much less insane than: He liften the Dixie cup from the cold, hard floor and always, without fail, dropped it back to the ground as if controlled দ্বারা a higher power. Hope that helps. Also, try to relate objects the person focuses on(as many psychopaths do end up having a "focus object" that eiher really bothers them অথবা gets them to thinking in a vicious cycle.) to the plot. Like, if a young lady often was told she was ugly in her adolescence, things like hair brushes and makeup would drive her nuts if she were to become mentally unstable.
