"Shelby, what's happening to you?" Emery questioned me before school. I'd walked past him, and he'd grabbed my arm, demanding to talk to me. I looked up at him through my sunglasses, which I wore almost all the time.
"Nothing," I ব্যক্ত quickly. "Let me go."
"You're hanging out with them, aren't you?" he said, getting angry. Angry was kind of frightening to see on him. He was usually such a happy person.
"I don't know what you're talking about." I tugged away from him, but his grip was too tight.
"Carissa. You're hanging out with her, aren't you? And the others. Dammit, Shelby! What'd I tell আপনি about hanging out with them?!" This time I got free, but instead of leaving, I had to blow up on him.
"You're not the boss of me! What do আপনি care?! It's none of your business! Just leave me alone!" I turned away from him before he could say anything else. He just didn't understand. He was always happy, something I didn't understand. Besides, he was just a kid. He didn't know what I'd been through, and he didn't understand what pain I carried with me where ever I go.
Except when I'm high.
That's the only time I can feel free; when I can let go of all my worries and thoughts.
"What was that back there?" Carissa asked.
"Nothing," I shook my head. "He's just worried."
"'Bout what?"
"You didn't tell him, did you?" Jordan butted in.
"He kinda already knew," I admitted. I spoke again before he could yell at me. "I don't think we have to worry about him. He's not the kind that would tell."
"You'd better hope not," Jordan sighed. "Or I swear, we'll cut আপনি off." The thought struck fear into my core. I can't go আরো than a couple hours without something.
"He won't tell," I said. "I'll make sure of it."
"How?" Rigby asked.
"I don't know," I sighed. "But I'll find a way to keep his mouth shut." Jordan opened his mouth to protest, but Carissa shut him up.
"We don't have to worry about it right now," she ব্যক্ত calmly. "Now," she held out the syringe. "Who wants one?" The three of us held out our wrists for the injection.

"Shelby, what's up with you?" the gym teacher boomed. I collapsed to my knees on the racetrack, my arms and legs trembling. I couldn't see; my vision was so blurred. "Get up and finish your laps!" he shouted at me. I opened my mouth, but nothing came. Emery dropped to the ground পরবর্তি to me, his hand on my back.
"You ok?" he asked. I shook my head, gasping for air.
"I... can't... breathe..."
"Nothing," I ব্যক্ত quickly. "Let me go."

Andrew finally realized that he was in his room. "This must have been Elizabeth's room!" He decided to go to lunch soon after the thought of living in a haunted room really hit him. He went to the little cafe near the entrance. after he had eaten আরো than his share of ব্লুবেরি turnovers, he went back to his room and fell asleep. Andrew felt something warm beside him. It felt good, whatever it was, so he turned over and put his arm around it. It was definitely a who, because their হৃদয় accelerated, and they snuggled up to him. When Andrew woke up, he had his arm around Liz (Elizabeth), and she was... SLEEPING!!!! Andrew shook her awake, and she looked up in surprise. "ANDREW! Where am I??!" Liz practically shrieked in fear. Andrew tried to calm her and ব্যক্ত gently, "You were sleeping Liz. Just sleeping." Poor Liz screamed this time, "Andrew, I can't sleep!!!"

Make A time machine
I wanna go in the past
Wanna meet my own self
And get back what I've lost
Wanna play with that child
Sitting in the park, lonely
Waiting for a friend true
Wanna make him happy
And going back to home
He would sit on Momma's lap
And forget all world's tensions
and have a sweet nap
I wanna capture that moment
That smile on my mother's face
and the feeling of contentment
On my own small face
In his dream I would come
Playing with him, carefree
I wanna be his true friend
Wanna change my story
