Anyone can run as long as they do a lot in the club. Of course the choices are limited just because we don't get a lot of people doing stuff in the club.

I had to go with BlindBandit92 because, while the other two are occasionally involved in the club, of the people I see commenting on things the most, adding images, and taking the quiz in this limited use club, he does all of the above and beyond.
