I paused. He had gotten to my weak point.
"I'm right aren't I?" Yep, he was right.

"He was a superhero. Now a supervillian." He handed me a green folder, I set it in my lap and opened it up. A picture of an African-American teen with steely gray eyes and gills on his neck looked back at me.
"He's... Atlantean." I ব্যক্ত as I read over his file. Kaldur'ahm son of Black Manta and formal protege to Aquaman. His alias was Aqualad. He had formed a team with Robin, Kid Flash, Superboy, Miss Martian, Artemis and other various sidekicks and young heroes. But had turned to the dark side when his old girlfriend, Tula otherwise known as Aquagirl, was killed on a mission.
"It looks like a broken heart..." I stated.
"He needs help. He needs somebody like আপনি to guide him" Chief said.
"I don't know. It sounds like a big case." I said, unsure of myself.
"This may be the case that could get আপনি up there."
"Fine." I said. "I'll take him."
"Good I know আপনি can do it." I heard him say but when I looked up he was already gone like he was never there at all.
I looked back at the young Atlantean's face. He seemed so distant, lost, those steely gray eyes held back lots of unseen emotion.
This was going to be one tough case.

Slade moved into the room. He bowed before the dark shadow. The voice spoke to him.
“You failed me Slade.”
“I know master. But she is stronger than we first expected.”
“Yes. I know. I expected as much from her. But we now have her in a dangerous position.”
“Master?”
“Shade must make her choice. She has followed the Light for seventy years. Now, she must choose whether she is willing to risk everything অথবা to continue to play hero.”
“And if she chooses hero?”
“She won't.”
“But Master-”
“Shade thinks she is in the clear. But I have one last trick up my sleeve.”

i decided to take a quick walk to get Artemis and Wally's yelling out of my head. there where little snowflakes falling and frost gathered on the ground, the harbor had a happy Christmasy feel to it, i walked দ্বারা a little group of kids and they were singing.
"Dashing through the snow, in a pair of broken skis over the hills we go crashing into trees bam, bam, bam the snow is turning red i think i'm almost dead woke up in the hospital with stitches in my head" the song was odd but the kids were laughing, আপনি just had to smile, but then the kids went on to the সেকেন্ড verse.
"Jingle bells, ব্যাটম্যান smells," WAIT WHAT?! my eyes widen
"Robin laid and egg," I glare and stomp up the sidewalk, but the kids are still singing
"The Bat-mobile হারিয়ে গেছে its wheel and Joker flew away HEY, jingle bells, jingle bells.........." i mutter stupid kids
