"Selfless, Brave and True" - While Mary Margaret goes off on her own in an attempt to come to grips with what she did to Cora and how her deed has affected her, she stumbles upon August, who has hidden himself away from the others and is completely made of wood -- ashamed at the actions he has taken in life; and Emma is shocked when Neal invites his fiancée, Tamara, to come to Storybrooke. Meanwhile, before the curse was cast, August is introduced to a man of magic who may be able to prevent him from turning back into wood -- but at a steep price -- on "Once Upon a Time," SUNDAY, MARCH 24 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Once Upon a Time" stars Ginnifer Goodwin as Snow White/Mary Margaret, Jennifer Morrison as Emma Swan, Lana Parrilla as Evil Queen/Regina, Josh Dallas as Prince Charming/David, Emilie de Ravin as Belle, Colin O'Donoghue as Hook, Jared S. 2x19-'Lacey' Synopsis:

Mr. Gold enlists the aid of David to help him try to jog Belle’s now cursed memories and get her to love him again; and when it is revealed that the magic beans Anton (Jorge Garcia) and the dwarves have been harvesting have begun to grow and could possibly transport everybody home, Emma is torn over whether she would want to live in fairytale land or stay in our world. Meanwhile, in the fairytale land that was, Rumplestiltskin forces Belle to accompany him on a hunt to kill a thief, whom she had freed in the name of mercy.

I just hope Regina finds love in the end and repents for all the wrong she's done. She is one of my favorite characters.

"In Once Upon a Time 2×20 The (Former) Evil Queen Regina has lost her Mother at the hand of Mary Margret. In an attempt for Regina to to forget about revenge once and for all, Emma is getting suspicious of Tamara, Neal's fiancé as well as Greg Mendell (Owen) for behaving a little abnormally. Meanwhile Regina is hoping to earn a more meaningful relationship with her adopted son, Henry."

Returning to Fairytale Land

Jorge Garcia returns as Anton the Giant in a very telling sneak peek. David and Mary Margaret show Emma the success of Anton and the Dwarves’ magic bean crop. Emma is worried when she realizes that her parents want to return to Fairytale Land because she knows how dangerous their enchanted land has become. Nonetheless, Mary Margaret believes that restoring her kingdom will help heal her dark heart.

How cool is the Blue Fairy’s protective cloak over the bean crop? Is it the same cloak Cora used on Hook’s ship? Should the Charmings return home? What would happen to Storybrooke if everybody used magic beans to go back to their own lands?

Regina knows something is up

For a skilled bounty hunter, Emma needs to work on her poker face because she is getting rusty. In the final scene, Emma puts her love for Henry above her logic and lets something slip when speaking with Regina. It is sweet of Emma to urge Regina to make peace with her son before it is too late, but in giving her a vague heads up, Regina is determined to discover exactly what Emma is hiding.

Will Regina be able to use magic to find the bean crop? Will she join the Charmings on their journey out of Storybrooke, assuming that they really are heading to Neverland in the season finale?

In TVGuide’s seventh lighting round of the season, show-runners, Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis, confirm some spoilers for the end of this season. Here are the highlights:

We will get some answers regarding Tamara and Greg’s relationship and plans. Half will be revealed this season and we can expect to learn more next season.

Emma’s magic will come into play again.

We will see Greg’s dad, Kurt Flynn.

Emma will confess her true feelings to Neal.

The prophecy about Henry being Rumple’s undoing will also come into play.

Unfortunately, they are not revealing if there will be more death this season. Currently, there are no new rumors, but as we’ve come to learn, no one is off limits.

They also won’t say if we’ll encounter other magical people who have lived outside of Storybrooke, like the Dragon.

We have a few things to look forward to seeing next season:

We’ll meet Tinker Bell!

We’ll learn how August knew that Neal was really Baelfire.

We’ll discover how Regina came to adopt Henry.

In an all-new promo for next week’s episode, we see Regina playing both her good and evil sides, though it’s hard to tell which is genuine. “This is my chance to be the hero,” she tells Henry, to which he quickly responds, “Not if you kill everyone — you’re a villain!” Ouch.

Later, we see her explaining to Captain Hook (yup, he’s back) that they can team up, saying, “We’re going to escape the total destruction of Storybrooke... if I can trust you.” He looks just as skeptical as we are, which makes sense given that Greg Mendell and Tamara effectively freed him to kidnap him and bring him to Storybrooke in Episode 19. He asks, “How can you help me?” and Tamara explains, “We know how to kill magical creatures.” We saw that with her evil “taser,” but who else is she targeting now? Everyone?

According to the ominous voiceover, “Whoever holds the magic controls the fate of them all,” and considering that we see Rumplestiltskin and Regina teaming up in a flashback as she tries to capture Snow White, it looks like no one is safe.

"The Evil Queen" - With the aid of Hook, Regina attempts to put a plan in motion that will help transport herself and Henry back to Fairytale land. But her plan revolves around a fail-safe that was planted within the curse, which if triggered could wipe Storybrooke off the map - and kill all of its inhabitants; and Emma's suspicions about Tamara grow. Meanwhile, in the fairytale land that was, the Evil Queen asks Rumplestiltskin to transform her into an unrecognizable peasant in order to kill an unsuspecting Snow White, with the twisted aim of earning the love and respect of her subjects.

Once Upon a Time 2×19 Lacey Recap

The story opened up with a celebration of Henry’s birthday taking place in Mr. Gold’s shop. He tells Henry that for his birth he may pick anything in the shop that he wants to keep. Henry chooses a wand, but doesn’t know how to use it. Mr. Gold takes the wand and turns Henry into a life size ceramic figure. When everybody screams and asks him why he would do such a thing, he responds that he was told Henry would be his undoing and smashes him into a million pieces. It’s at this point we see Mr. Gold waking up in his bed, sitting bolt upright. It was only a dream.
Neal and Henry are playing together with their wooden swords. Mr. Gold is watching them from a distance. When Regina walks up to him and wants o know why they are playing together, it is at this time Mr. Gold tells Regina that Henry is Neal’s son. She can’t believe that when Mr. Gold obtained Henry for her, that Mr. Gold was unaware that he was Neal’s son. She goes on to say that the family will never accept him and that she knows he always chooses evil whenever given the choice. Mr. Gold responds that she doesn’t really know him at all.
Mr. Gold goes to see Belle in the hospital. She says that when he called her from New York, she could tell that he really cared for her. He says that he had to let her know in case he had died. She says that she still doesn’t remember him, but that she knows she must be a part of his past. She then asks he will help her remember. He say s he will help her if she helps him-that she always brought out the best in him and that he needed her there to remind him to be good.
Next, we are back in the pre-curse Enchanted Forrest and we see Belle crying. S he is still apparently new to being a ‘guest’ at Rumpelstiltskin’s house. Her crying is preventing him from spinning on his spinning wheel, where he says he does his best thinking.He magically produces a pillow for her, not for her comfort, but to muffle her cries so he can work. It’s at tyhis point we here a crash coming from another part of the house. When they arrive in the room, they find Robin Hood stealing a magic wand. He slides the wand into his quiver. He then shoots the arrow at Rumpelstiltskin, saying that the arrows shot from his bow always find their mark. And says ‘Don’t you just love magic?” And indeed it does, shooting straight into Rumpelstiltskin’s chest. Rumpelstiltskin pulls the arrow out of his and say that indeed he does love magic, but that it comes at a price. And for Robin Hood, that price is himself. hE then leads Robin Hood to his dungeon area.
Meanwhile in our time, Regina has come to see Belle at the hospital. She pretends to pick up a matchbook from the Rabbit Hole Bar from the floor, but it is actually already in her hand. She asks Belle if it is hers. She says she doesn’t think so, but Regina tells her to look at it awhile and maybe she will remember. Belle stares at it for a moment, then says that she indeed recognizes it and now she thinks she knows who she really is. Regina says that Mr. Gold will be thrilled.
Snow, David and Emma arrive at the beanfield, which has been cloaked by the Mother Superior so that it is invisible. When Emma see the beanfield, she realizes that they are growing the bean stalks as a portal to their home in the Enchanted Forrest. Emma doesn’t understand why they would want to go back to their land filled with ogres and trolls. But Snow and David say that it is their home, and it was a good place at one time and they can make it so again. Emma seems very unsure.
Mr. Gold arrives at the hospital and finds that Belle is gone. He find the matchbook and goes straight to the Rabbit Hole Bar to find her. He finds her there, where the bartender tells him that from his description, it sounds like Lacey. He turns to find her hustling pool, taking shots of whiskey and listening to Metallica on the jukebox.
Back at Rumpelstiltskin’s in the Enchanted Forrest, we find him about to go down and torture Robin Hood because everybody know that you can’t steal from him and get away with it. She say that people don’t know that to which he responds that they will when they find skinned remains. Rumpelkstiltskin then says he is going to town. Belle promptly goes down and tell Robin Hood that no one deserves to be tortured this way and begins to untie him. Robin Hood says that Rumpelstiltskin will surely not be happy to find him gone. Belle says that she will handle him.
Back in our time, Mr. Gold confronts Regina, asking her why Belle now thinks she is someone called Lacey. Regina says that because she went over the town limit line, her cursed memories took over, but Mr. Gold know better than that. He knows Regina is responsible for Belle’s transformation. He threatens to kill her, bu Regina says that he won’t because he doesn’t want Baelfire to know that he is still capable of evil like that. But Mr. Gold promises that there will be suffering ahead.
Mr. Gold then runs into David and asks him what he did when Snow was cursed and no longer knew who he was or that she ever loved him. He said he just had to show her the man that she loved to bring her back with a true loves kiss.
Meanwhile , Rumpelstiltskin returns to find Robin Hood gone. Belle says that she released him. Rumpelstiltskin then says that she must have been fooled and blames her flighty ideas on the books she is so constantly reading.. He then makes the books disappear. She say s it wasn’t the books , but that she could see good in him. Rumpelstiltskin then says she is to come with him to watch him hunt and kill Robin Hood.

Mr. Gold then returns to the Rabbit Hole and finds Belle. She wants to listen to Van Halen and asks Mr. Gold if he’s a Sammy Hagar man. She agrees to meet him at Granny’s for dinner later that night.
Regina finds Emma sitting on as bench by the sea and asks her why she hadn’t told her that Neal was Henry’s father. Emma says that she was going to tell her eventually. Emma then says that most people don’t spend their time scheming and plotting and that if she doesn’t change her ways, she will loses Henry for good. Regina then asks her what she means, but then gets a strange look on her face and asks what Emma is hiding from her. Emma says nothing, but of course Regina doesn’t believe her. She tells her that she will find out.
Mr. Gold meets Lacey at Granny’s Diner. They are chatting. Mr. Gold is a bit nervous, trying to be on his best behaviour. When Granny comes to take their order, she asks Lacey if she has been digging around in the back of Ruby’s closet. Mr Gold then orders them each a burger, but Lacey says she not much for burgers and orders a chicken Parm and a bottle of white wine. She says that Mr. Gold is a classy guy and that he is not what she expected. She had heard that he was a powerful guy and that people who crossed him. She says she sees a guy who wouldn’t hurt anybody. And he says people see what they want. She then says that you can’t tell what’s in a person’s heart until you truly know him. This flusters him as that is just what Belle had told him once. He accidentally spills her wine, getting it on her dress. She says a bit of water will take care of it and leaves to go to the bathroom.
At this point, Rumpelstiltskin and Belle come across The Sheriff of Nottingham. He is obviously drunk. and wants to spend some private time with Belle. Rumpelstiltskin takes his tongue and when Belle protests, he returns it. Rumpelstiltskin asks what is the name of the theif he is seeking, and the sheriff tells him, Robin Hood. A bit further on, they see Robin Hood in the distance, using the wand to heal an ailing and pregnant Maid Marian. Rumpelstiltskin then waves his wand and Belle is buried waist deep in the dirt. As Belle continues to protest, he raises the bow and takes aim at Robin Hood, but misses. When Belle calls him on it, saying that he purposely missed them, he says that he isn’t worth the trouble chasing and that possibly the magic just wore off.
After waiting a long while for Lacey to return from cleaning her dress, he goes looking for her and finds her making out with a man in the alley. Mr. Gold chases him off, but then realizes that she WANTED him to be there with her. When she admits this , she say that she is not Belle and Mr. Gold says that yes, indeed she is not.
Regina watches as Anton and the elves get out of the Charming’s truck to go have dinner at Granny’s. After Snow and David drive away, Regina light’s the trail behind the truck and follows it back to the beanfield and sees what Emma was trying to hide from her-potential beanstalk portals.
The man making out with Lacey, who in the Enchanted Forrest was the Sheriff of Nottingham, approaches Mr. Gold to apologize, saying he didn’t know that they were still together. Mr. Gold says that they are not together. Then he comes to the realization that the only reason for his being on his best behavior was now gone, continued on to ripping out the man’s tongue so that his screams could not be heard and beats him unmercifully.
Back in the pre-curse time, after Belle and Rumpelstiltskin return home, she finds that he has a complete library waiting there for her. She thanks him, but he just responds that there had best not be a speck of dust in his whole house from then on. She then says that he is not who she thought he was.
Back here in our world, Lacey walks past to find Mr. Gold still beating the man in the alley. She then remarks that he is as dark as people say he is. And responds-even darker. And she says that she is glad, as Mr. Gold continues to beat the man senseless.
Lastly, we find Tamara and Greg going to retrieve there package from a moving van just outside of town. Tamara then says what better to help them steal the magic, than the help of a pirate, opening the door of the van to reveal a bound and gagged Captain Hook.

Lana Teases the 'Evil Escape Plan'

TVLINE: I get the feeling that this Sunday, Regina is about to make a very aggressive play.

Lana: Yeah, well, it’s no different than all the other Sundays! There’s always something up her sleeve, isn’t there? But this time, Regina is kind of in a desperate situation, so it is slightly different. She senses there is a love that Henry does have for her and because of that, she’s going to fight for that relationship even stronger now. She’s looking for ways to take him away and go elsewhere. Now that she has discovered the magic beans, Regina – in her twisted mind — is conjuring up a plan where she can now use one of these beans to take her and Henry back to The Enchanted Forest.

TVLINE: But just her and Henry, right?

Lana: Well, she can’t do it alone — she needs help, and who other than Mr. Captain Hook could be a better partner? So, she’s teaming up with him to try to steal these beans, open a portal and take all three of them back to The Enchanted Forest.

TVLINE: Oh, so she gets a handsome companion as part of the deal. That works out well.

Lana: Like I said, some things never change with her.

TVLINE: Last month during our PaleyFest Q&A, you were hankering for more Evil Queen scenes. What can you say about what’s coming up?

Lana: Playing Young Regina is always a breath of fresh air, but playing the Evil Queen is just pure fun and excitement for me. There is a lot happening in Fairytale Land [this Sunday], where, once again, Regina is finding ways to kill Snow White — and she‘s quite confused why it’s so difficult. It pretty much takes place right after “The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter”. She had sent the Huntsman to kill Snow White, but he comes back with the heart of a stag, not Snow White’s heart, and she doesn’t understand why it’s so difficult to kill this little princess that’s out running around in the forest. So, she meets with the peasants in a village where she knows Snow White is hiding and she offers them a lot of money and gold, opportunities for better lives… and no one budges. No one rats out Snow White. She doesn’t understand why everyone is protecting Snow White and why they don’t love her. She’s the queen, and yet they hate her so much. So, she asks Rumpelstiltskin to disguise her as a villager, and she ends up walking amongst these people and asking about their feelings about the queen. And what she discovers is a very sad thing, how much she is hated. I think that really hurts her. It’s actually a really cool episode; I feel like I got to play a different part, since I’m “in disguise.”

According to Lana, the finale will feature “a very sobering moment, where the audience will be very surprised to see some characters have to come together, to work together, to save one another.”

Hmm... there’s nothing like a common enemy to bring people together. Could the reason for this unity of characters have to do with scheming duo Greg and Tamara, who last we saw were shipping Hook into Storybrooke to help enact their as-of-yet unveiled evil plan? There’s some pretty damning evidence that they will be kidnapping Henry and using a magic bean to spirit him away from Storybrooke. It would be ironic if Greg and Tamara used Regina’s own plan to implement the curse’s fail-safe to undo the curse and wipe Storybrooke and its inhabitants off of the map.

Recently, TV Line dished up some new,spoiler scoopage for the big “Once Upon A Time” season 2 finale episode 22, titled, “And Straight On ‘Til Morning,” and it turns out that we’re going to see some unlikely partnerships get formed in order to save each other’s lives,and more,so that sounds pretty serious."

"Second Star to the Right" – After taking Mary Margaret's advice Emma decides to come clean with Neal and admits her true feelings to him; Hook returns to Tamara to let her know of the magic beans that the residents of Storybrooke have been growing. Fearing that this will ruin her plan she decides to take action sooner; and Lacey goes on a date with Doctor Whale. Meanwhile, Baelfire arrives in Neverland that was and meets the vengeful Captain Hook."

"Second Star to the Right" - Emma, Mary Margaret and David go in search of Regina when they discover that she - along with some magic beans - have gone missing. But against Neal's protests, Emma still believes that Tamara had something to do with Regina's disappearance; and Mr. Gold contemplates telling Lacey the truth about his ability to conjure magic.

2x20 - The Evil Queen

High inside the clock tower of Storybrooke, Tamara and Greg have Hook tied to a chair. To his surprise, instead of trying to kill him, they offer him a job. They want to have Hook get close to Regina so that Greg can find his father. They tell Hook they can help him destroy Rumple, because they have a way to kill magical beings.



The following day in the town, we see Regina pay a visit to Henry. She tells him that she has missed him very much and he is happy to see her. She tells him that she has a way to reset the curse, to make it like it never happened. She tells Henry she could start over and finally be a hero instead of a villain. Henry is thrilled with that idea, until she tells him that Storybrooke will be destroyed and everyone will be killed. Henry is horrified by her plan. She tells him that he and she will escape first, but it is the only way they can be together. He yells, saying she will never get away with it, that she is a villain and a hero would never plan something so terrible. Regina waves her hand to cast a spell, and Henry suddenly does not remember anything she just said to him. She smiles and acts as if nothing has happened, talking to Henry and looking at a bird feeder he has.


In FTL of the past we see Queen Regina speaking to a crowd of villagers. She says that she knows Snow had been living in the town and wants information. No one offers to tell her anything. Regina offers them gold, more than they can imagine, but still no one talks to her. Furious, Regina tells her guards to kill everyone in the town. Later in her castle, Rumple visits Regina. She asks him to teach her how to transform herself so that she can go in disguise to look for Snow. She says that if Snow were killed, the people in FTL would eventually learn to love her and she could be their true Queen. Regina tells Rumple she is not evil, she just wants justice. Rumple refuses to teach Regina, but he does offer to put the spell on her himself. He waves his hand and she is transformed into a peasant, with the agreement that Rumple will return and remove the spell when she calls him. The price for this magic is that Rumple requests that Regina no longer trade with King George. Rumple says he needs King George to be broke. Regina agrees and heads out into the surrounding towns to search for Snow.

In a nearby town, the first thing Regina finds is a crowd shouting hateful things about her. They have a life size doll set up that people can shoot arrows at and then it is to be burned. She is hurt by this and tries to stop it. Suddenly guards come upon the scene and, at first, Regina is relieved. She soon panics when her guards do not recognize her and she is unable to remove the disguise spell from herself. The guards think she is responsible for the rants against the queen and they pull her to be beheaded. As her neck is pressed to the block, an arrow suddenly fires and hits one of the guards. Regina falls off the stand and wounds her leg as the person who fired the arrow continues to fight the guards. After the fight is over, the person removes their cloak to reveal that it is Snow. Regina’s wound is serious and she loses consciousness.


In SB, Snow and Emma are talking about Tamara. Earlier in the day Emma bumped into Tamara at Granny’s. One of the objects that fell out Tamara’s purse was a list of fairytale characters and who they were in Storybrooke. She said Emma could trust her, but Emma knew she was lying. Snow thinks that Emma is suspicious of Tamara because she still has feelings for Neal. Emma argues that she does not, but Snow convinces her not to tell Henry anything that might damage his relationship with his father’s fiancé. Snow heads out, and as Emma turns around she realizes that Henry has been listening all along. He is excited that “Operation Cobra” is back on, and he is ready to help investigate Tamara. They head out to search Tamara’s room, and Henry suggests they need a new name for the operation since “cobra” was about breaking the curse. He decides on “Operation Praying Mantis” since they are searching for things hiding in plain sight. They see Neal and Tamara leave, then head up to their room at Granny’s. Henry serves as look out while Emma searches. Just as she comes upon a loose floorboard, Neal returns to the room. Henry tries to warn her, but Neal recognizes his tactic right away and catches Emma. Neal laughs off Emma’s suspicion of Tamara, but tells her to go ahead and lift the loose floorboard. When she does, there is nothing underneath it.



In the mayor’s office, Hook shows up to see Regina. He tells her everything that happened with Tamara and Greg. He says he wants to join forces with her, and get his revenge on Rumple. She shows him a magic bean plant that she has growing in the corner of her room. They then leave to find the object that will trigger the destruction of SB. Just outside of town, Grumpy and Charming discover that Regina has burned the entire crop of magic beans.



We next see Hook and Regina in the SB library. With magic in the town now, the elevator no longer needs anyone to crank it and lower it. Regina and Hook head down to the caves below. Regina tells Hook of her plan to destroy Storybrooke and to escape with the beans she is growing in her office. As they get to the bottom, she notices that Hook is wearing a cuff bracelet that had belonged to Cora. Regina demands that Hook give her the cuff that was her mothers. He is hesitant, but hands it over and she puts it on. Hook asks what they are looking for and Regina tells him that it is the object that will trigger the destruction of SB. She then tells him that there is an “old friend” living under the library. She tells him that this friend is under a spell which preserves her life in whatever form she is in. Hook asks why Regina needs his help, and she says he is the distraction. She then pushes him over the edge of a cavern. He stands and hears a ghostly screeching sound. Rising from the ground is Maleficent. Emma destroyed her physical form and she is more undead that dead. She appears almost as a wraith like creature but with tattered purple robes and her signature horn crown. Hook dodges and hides, but we only see a bit of his fight with her. Regina finds the object, a large gem, and heads back up in the elevator. When she gets to the top she is shocked to see Hook standing there. The door opens and Greg and Tamara walk in. They tell her that they have used science to create a device to keep her from using her magic. They have put it into the cuff she got back from Hook, he was working with them all along. Regina is unable to remove the cuff, and they cover her head with a black cloth and kidnap her.


In FTL past, Regina wakes in a tent in the forest. She is shocked to see Snow taking care of her. She is still under the disguise spell, and tells Snow that her name is Wilma. Snow tends to Regina’s wounds and takes care of her. To take “Wilma’s” mind off the pain, Snow tells her a story of how she was saved by a young woman when her horse ran wild. Regina is touched to hear Snow talk about the time she saved her. Snow never says that it was Regina who saved her, but she talks about how much she wishes that woman would come back. She says that changed her, made her realize that even a stranger can touch someone and change their life for the better. Regina sheds a tear. She is still unable to stand because of her wound, and she rests as Snow goes to hunt for dinner. The following day, “Wilma” is able to walk and Snow says they must keep moving. She gives a sword to the woman who she still does not realize is Regina. As they walk, Snow talks about being hunted by the Queen. She says she believes there is good in her. She says she has seen it and she wishes that Regina would just giver herself a chance to be vulnerable and love. “Wilma” asks Snow if she could ever forgive Regina, and be a family again. Snow says that there is nothing she wants more than that. She is touched and just as she is about to reveal her true identity to Snow, they come upon the town full of dead villagers that Regina ordered killed. Snow is horrified and says she was wrong, that Regina is nothing but evil. “Wilma” tries to argue, asking Snow about the good she saw in Regina when she saved her from the horse. Snow realizes she never said that the woman who saved her was Regina. She pulls an arrow and points it at Regina. Unable to use any magic while she is in disguise, Regina runs away.



In SB, Emma and the Charmings go to Regina’s office to confront her about the burned down bean crop. Emma realizes that something is wrong. The alarm has been overridden and the beans from the plant in the corner are gone. Elsewhere in town, Tamara and Greg have Regina strapped to a table. Tamara says they don’t have much time and will be getting their orders from “the organization” soon. Tamara has the gem Regina got from beneath the library and the beans from Regina’s office. Hook is there, but says he will not help Greg torture Regina. Greg connects Regina to an electricity source, and asks about his father. When Regina says that his father left town, he turns the machine on and begins to torture her.



In FTL of the past, Regina arrives at Rumple’s castle and tells him to remove the disguise spell. She tells him that he was right all along, and the people will never love her. She stares into the mirror and says “The Queen is dead…Long live the Evil Queen.”

2x22 - Straight On Till Morning

This week begins aboard the Jolly Roger in the waters off of Neverland. Hook and Smee chat on deck about the boy they have found floating in the water. The two pirates discuss that this boy might gain them favor with the Shadow and his evil crew. If they return the boy that the Shadow lost, he might allow them to leave and perhaps keep them from harm. Hook goes down into the ship to find that the boy has regained consciousness. He is hostile to Hook, telling him that a pirate killed his mother and that his father has abandoned him. Hook is taken aback, and thinks this might be the son of his beloved Milah. He presses for the boy’s name, and finally is told that it is Baelfire.

In SB, Hook, Greg and Tamara travel into the mines. Tamara tells Hook that they are willing to die for their cause. Hook says he is willing to die if it means Rumple will be killed. They assure him that he will. The trio find the axes belonging to the 7 Dwarfs. Greg says that according to the Home Office, this is what will activate the trigger. They place the stone on a rock, and with Happy’s axe they strike and activate the stone. It rises into the air, glowing and pulsing with magic. The ground shakes, and destruction begins in Storybrooke. At the park, Mr. Gold watches Henry swinging. He begins to cast a spell which will break the swing rope and cause Henry to fall into sharp rocks. He is interrupted when Emma, Charming and Snow arrive. Snow and Charming tell Gold that Tamara has shot Neal and that Neal has gone through a portal. Gold is crushed, feeling the weight of losing his son again. They tell him that it is not likely Neal could have survived and he feels it is his fault. Gold says this is the price he must pay for bringing magic to SB. Snow asks for his help in stopping the trigger and saving SB, but he says he will not help. He feels he deserves whatever death comes to him now.



Charming, Snow and Emma take Henry home, where Regina is recovered fully from her torture last week. They ask if she can stop the trigger, but she says she cannot. Regina promises that she will never let Henry end up left alone and for him not to worry. Hook shows up and Charming punches him, but he is there to help. They agree to split up to try and recover the beans and save everyone by taking them all to Fairytale Land. Regina will go to the trigger and try to contain the destruction while the beans are recovered. Regina stops Henry on the way out and tells him that she is sorry. She says she knows this is her fault and that she failed at being the person he wanted her to be. She promises that she will make it right and tells him she loves him. He says he loves her too, and they hug. Henry leaves and Regina stands with tears in her eyes. She and Emma leave for the cave where the trigger is.


In Neverland, a band of hooded young men come aboard the Jolly Roger. Hook recognizes them as the Shadow’s crew of “Lost Ones”. They are searching for Bae, but Hook tells them he has not seen the boy. Smee is shocked and doesn’t think it’s a good idea to cross the shadow. The Lost Ones search the ship but do not find the boy. They tell Hook that if he is caught hiding the boy their leader will rip his shadow from his body. They leave, and Bae comes out. Hook seems to have a soft spot for him. He tells Smee that it is only because the boy will be the key to his revenge on Rumple, but it appears to be more than that. Hook sees Milah in her son, Bae. He befriends the boy, and teaches him how to sail the ship. They share stories of how they were both abandoned by their fathers.



In Gold’s shop, the 7 Dwarfs are rooting through the shop looking for Sneezy’s stein cup. Grumpy tells Gold that the Blue Fairy has a potion that when drank from an object that means something to the person, will restore their memory. Grumpy gives Gold a vile of the potion for Belle. He tells Gold that Belle helped him remember who he was once, and now he wants to return the favor. Gold puts the potion in his pocket, not intending to use it. Outside the destruction of Storybrooke is getting worse. Vines and forest begin to consume the streets. Down in the mines, Regina and Emma find the trigger. Regina tells Emma that she will not be able to stop it, only contain it for a while. She also tells Emma that it will drain her of every bit of energy she has. Emma realizes that Regina had no intention of escaping with them. She has decided to sacrifice herself to give everyone else time to get away. This will ensure that Henry is never left all alone and will have a family. Emma tries to argue that there must be a way, but Regina knows there is not. “Everyone looks at me as the Evil Queen, even my son. Let me die as Regina.” She begins to cast her magic on the trigger and Emma runs out to help the others find the beans.


In the cannery, Hook and Charming find Greg and Tamara. There is a fight and shots are fired. Tamara and Greg get away but Hook is able to get one when it falls to the ground in the fight. Emma finds them and they talk about getting everyone ready to leave. Henry looks around and asks for Regina. Emma tells them that she is not coming, that she has chosen to sacrifice herself to save them. Snow and Charming agree with Henry that there has to be another way. They come up with a plan to use the bean to send the trigger through a portal and save Storybrooke. Hook disagrees with the plan, but Emma asks him to think of Henry who just lost his father. Hook asks who Henry’s father is, and is shocked to hear that it is Neal who he knows is Bae. Emma takes the pouch with the bean from Hook and head to the mines.



In Gold’s shop, he opens a velvet bag to reveal the broken pieces of the chipped cup. With magic he fixes it. He pours the potion Grumpy gave him into the cup and offers it to Belle. She pauses after drinking it, but then recognizes him. They fall into each other’s arms and kiss. He is in tears and says he didn’t want to wake her up just before they both are going to die, but he needs her. She cries, and tells him that she is so sorry that he lost his son. They can see outside as vines envelope the library and the townspeople run for their lives.



In Neverland, Bae runs upstairs and flings a sword at Hook. He has found a drawing of his mother and realizes that Hook is the pirate who (he thinks) stole and killed his mother. Hook tries to explain the truth to Bae, telling him that he and Milah hoped to come back for him one day. He tells Bae that Rumple killed Milah, but Bae refuses to forgive Hook. He tells Hook that he tore his family apart and he can’t forgive that. Bae wants to be returned to the Darling family, but Hook cannot leave Neverland. Bae calls him a pirate and turns away in tears.


In the mines Emma, Charming, Henry and Snow find Regina. She is using all her strength to control the trigger. Henry tells her that she is a hero, and now they will be heroes and save her. Emma reaches in the pouch for the bean to send the trigger through a portal, but the pouch is empty. Hook has taken the bean. They each begin to weep, knowing that this is the end. Emma turns to Charming and Snow, calls them Mom and Dad and then hugs them. Henry hugs them all, but pulls away to hug Regina and hold on to her. Suddenly, Emma gets an idea. She tells Regina that she is not strong enough alone, but maybe together they will be. Emma stands across from Regina and holds out her hands. Magic shoots from her hands at the trigger. She and Regina are both holding the trigger in their magic. Both women begin to shake and then are blasted back by a wave of magic from the trigger. It falls to the ground and the light in it dies. They have saved the town. The group turns to hug Henry, but he is gone. Tamara and Greg have taken him. We see them pulling Henry along outside as they tell him that they found something much more important to their cause…Him. As his family catches up, Henry is pulled into a portal by Tamara and Greg. In the distance they see the Jolly Roger. Hook had left Storybrooke, but has turned back to help them.



In Neverland, night has fallen. Bae still will not consider forgiving Hook. He tells Hook that he only cares about himself. Hook thanks Bae for reminding him what a pirate really is, and then the Lost Ones pull up to the ship. Hook hands Bae over to them. They take him away as Bae yells that Hook is exactly like his father. The Lost Ones pull Bae onto the beach and compare his face to a picture given to them by the shadow. They remark that Bae is not the boy the shadow has been searching for. They hold the picture up, and it is a drawing of Henry.


On the docks of Storybrooke, Hook offers his ship and his help to find Henry. Gold offers to help the group. He says he must do this to honor Bae, but that because of the prophecy (which says Henry will be his undoing) he does not expect he will ever return. Belle asks to go, but he says she must stay behind to cast his concealment spell on the town to keep it hidden. She agrees, but tells him she knows she will see him again. The group board the ship and Gold uses the magic globe to find the location of Henry. When he pricks his finger, he sees that Tamara and Greg have taken him to Neverland. Hook throws the bean in front of the ship. Gold tells the group that Greg and Tamara are just pawns working for a much darker, evil, more powerful being. He says they should all be very afraid, for they will have to face Peter Pan. The ship lurches forward and lunges into the portal to Neverland.


Later, in the Enchanted Forest/Neverland, there is a man seen washed up onto the shore. Mulan, Aurora and (the rescued) Phillip find an unconscious Neal on the beach; They want to help him.

OUAT Season 3 Villain....PETER PAN!!

"The third season of the American ABC fantasy/drama Once Upon a Time is set to premiere this coming fall. The series was renewed for a third season on May 10, 2013. This season will take place in Neverland and Storybrooke along with the Enchanted Forest. According to Adam Horowitz, this season is expected to have 22 episodes. 'Peter Pan' is expected to be the main villain this season."

"At the end of Once Upon a Time Season 2, the Charmings, Regina, and Rumple — what the show’s co-creator Eddy Kitsis calls “the core dysfunctional family” — sailed off to Neverland with Captain Hook to save Henry from Greg and Tamara. Meanwhile, back in the barren Enchanted Forest, Mulan, Aurora, and Prince Phillip stumbled upon Neal, who despite suffering a gunshot wound to the chest, was very much alive.

With the Charmings et al on a mission to save Henry, Neal stuck in the Enchanted Forest, and Belle in charge of Storybrooke, Season 3 is already raising the stakes. In a Once Upon a Time panel at the 2013 ATX Television Festival in Austin, co-creators Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz dished on what Oncers can expect in Season 3. Plus, they gave Wetpaint Entertainment and other OUAT fans the inside scoop on how the hit ABC series came to be.

Season 3 picks up right where we left off.

Adam revealed the third season "won't skip ahead 10 years.” Oncers, you can expect Season 3 to start right where we left off, with the Jolly Roger sailing to Neverland to save Henry. However, Eddy said the “core dysfunctional family” won’t be separated forever.

Meanwhile, back in Storybrooke...

Don’t worry Oncers, the folks left in Storybrooke, including Belle, will not be forgotten. In fact, Adam said the show will delve deeper into each of the characters back in Storybrooke and will examine how they’ll react to situations. Sounds interesting! The characters in Storybrooke have always been so dependent on the Charmings, so it will be interesting to see how the Storybrooke residents reacts to not having their fearless leaders to look up to. Perhaps this means someone new will step up to become the town’s protector?

Season 3 will have two distinct acts.

Eddy and Adam also revealed how Season 3 is going to be thematically different from the two previous seasons in that there will be two separate, 11-episode acts — one in the fall and one in the spring. Therefore, they’re approaching Season 3 like two seasons, both containing a beginning, middle, end, and journey for these characters.

However, in order to make this happen, that means OUAT will most likely go off the air for 11 weeks after the fall season. Eddy and Adam gave a bit more intel about the hiatus. It looks like the first part of Season 3 will air September through December, and then it will come back in the spring for act two — 11 straight episodes. We have to admit we were wary of this in the beginning, but the thought of airing both parts of the season uninterrupted by breaks has us excited for what’s to come!

Will Rumple still be out for Henry?

When the seer told Rumple that he needed to destroy Henry, we were immeditately worried for Henry’s safety! However, Eddy said, “He went [to Neverland] with a very focused attitude of saving Henry.”

“At first he just wants to do the easy thing and the dark thing, and then once again he realizes he did the wrong thing and lost his son,” Adam added. When he was told Neal died in the Season 2 finale, he realized “it was time to do the right thing.” According to Eddy and Adam, he knows he has to go and honor his son by getting his grandson back.

However, that also meant he had to leave his True Love Belle behind. “It’s going to be another challenge to [Rumbelle’s] relationship now that they’re separated,” said Eddy. “He left her behind to protect her.”

Snow White, the hero of Season 3?

Eddy and Adam dished that Snow’s journey in Season 3 is taking the hard path. With Henry gone, in this mission, she has to be the “bandit Snow — it’s time for her to rise to the hero that she was.” We don’t know about you, Oncers, but the thought of Snow returning to her bandit ways is one of the more exciting aspects of Season 3. We love Snow, but ever we have to admit, she was getting a little too whiny in Season 2. But now that we know she’s returning to her badassery, we can’t wait to see her be the heroine she once was.

Regina’s happy ending?

According to Eddy, the Evil Queen is trying to find her “own happy ending,” but she hasn’t found it yet. Unfortunately, Frank and Daniel didn’t work out for Regina. “In a lot of ways, all of the characters are looking for love,” he said. So where’s Regina’s True Love?

“Regina is definitely a character who has found love and lost it,” Adam said, before Eddy added, “I would love to see Regina dating. See someone give her a mixtape — she’s earned it. She might have to rip his heart out to get it.”

Emma dives deeper into magic!

“Emma realized she had magic and kind of was in denial of it, then at the end, she’s not really in control of it, nor has she had time in Season 2 to contemplate that,” Eddy dished. However, “Season 3 is definitely going to have her ask the questions: what are my abilities? What does it really mean to be the savior?” The co-creators also revealed that Season 3 will dive deeper into Emma’s past.

With Emma learning about her magical abilities, will Regina step in and help train her former foe? “Her parents may have an opinion about being trained by her, but circumstances may call for it!” Adam said.

He added that we’ve seen instances where Regina and Emma work together (um, like saving Storybrooke from imploding in the finale?) and seen their “connection” at times. So this could lead to more interaction between OUAT’s favorite frenemies. "

OUAT Season 3 Adam Horowitz Teases- "Foes-To-Become-Friends"

Adam: "You will see that our Heroes and *former* villains will align in the third season of Once Upon a Time.

In the closing moments of the Season 2 finale, Prince Charming (Josh Dallas), Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin), Emma (Jennifer Morrison), Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle), Regina (Lana Parrilla) and Captain Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) set sail for Neverland to chase after Greg (Ethan Embry) and Tamara (Sonequa Martin-Green), who had kidnapped Henry (Jared Gilmore). "Foes-turned-friends" will have to team up to track down the one they love — which should be interesting since they've spent decades trying to destroy each other.

"What's exciting to us is what happens when you take characters who have been at each other's throats from the beginning and give them a common goal and throw them together on a little pirate ship," executive producer Adam Horowitz tells TVGuide.com.

This journey to rescue Henry will force each member of the ragtag group to channel what executive producer Edward Kitsis calls their "core character." "Snow needs to be Bandit Snow, the Snow we saw who wielded the sword in the beginning," he says. "Emma is going to need to be the savior. Rumplestiltskin is going to have to be the dark one. Prince Charming needs to be Prince Charming right now."

What that means for Regina — the former Evil Queen who succeeded in her attempt to get redemption when she planned to sacrifice herself to save Storybrooke in last season's finale — and her quest to be good remains to be seen. Just because Kitsis didn't mention her, doesn't mean she won't need to channel her dastardly evil side on their mission to retrieve Henry. "One of my favorite things is when Regina says, 'Everyone thinks I'm the Evil Queen. Let me die as Regina,'" Kitsis says of the season finale. "This is before they took her son, so right now, on that ship, she'll do whatever it takes to get her son back. If that means Regina is required, she'll be Regina, but if that means the Evil Queen is required, watch out."

"I don't think Regina thinks of it in terms of good and evil the way the other characters look at her and paint her with those strokes," Horowitz adds. "Regina thinks about it in terms of what she wants, what her pain is, what she needs and how she's going to get it. How everyone else interprets it is on them."

While Regina continues her struggle with what magic does to her — the producers love to liken it to how alcohol affects an addict — Emma will be exploring her new expertise. As evidenced in the finale, Emma has more power than she could imagine after helping Regina stop the trigger from destroying Storybrooke. But her knack for magic is something she hasn't had time to explore since she first used it back in Season 2. "In Season 3, you're going to see Emma questioning why she has magic, what does it mean to be the savior and what about her happy ending? Or is her job just to make sure everyone else has one?" Kitsis says.

Although the producers previously dealt with only "Neverland-adjacent" stories, Once will actually venture to Neverland in Season 3, following Captain Hook's ship, the Jolly Roger, being swallowed by the portal. "It's a world we've glimpsed and now it's a world we'll explore," Horowitz teases.

Waiting there is Peter Pan, who has been searching for Henry for centuries — certainly longer than Emma's son has even been alive, which makes it all the more curious how Pan's Lost Boys already had a perfect drawing of Henry handy. Don't worry, the why behind Pan's fascination will be explained post-haste. "That is a huge part of what Season 3 is meant to be about," Horowitz says. "That's something that we don't intend to hold on to for the entire season. We want to reveal it and make it a big part of what the show's about." For the record, Horowitz notes that Greg and Tamara were "unwittingly working for Peter Pan," so we're looking forward to the magic haters discovering who their real boss is.

With Once introducing Neverland, stranding the still-living Neal (Michael Raymond-James) in fairy tale land and leaving a group of characters back in Storybrooke, the third season could quickly get convoluted. But the producers say the division of the upcoming season — the first 11 episodes will air uninterrupted in the fall, with a break until spring — will help alleviate that problem. "The first 11 episodes are its own season, so we get to be a little more focused and a little more in depth and we're probably less hopping around," Kitsis says. He adds that they're not hesitant about continuing to show multiple worlds next season. "Even in beginning, it said the curse will cross all lands. It's about doing it in a way that doesn't overwhelm our core characters and it doesn't overwhelm the viewer in a way where they have to follow a flow chart. We're not going to make the show so complex that there are five different timelines."

"Even if we are in different worlds, hopefully the story and the characters will carry you through," adds Horowitz: "It's about the characters, not the world. So if you're with the characters, where they are is secondary to what they're going through."

Lana: "When it comes to season 3, Regina’s storyline may end up being one of the more interesting ones to follow. As for why, the simple answer is just because she is still very much on her road to attempted redemption. The last that we saw of the character, she was trying to go through some sort of redemption to prove that she had more in her than the capabilities of being evil, and we should see her battle those demons on the road (or sea, we should say) to Neverland.


With that being said, though, we hardly imagine that this is going to be smooth sailing at all for these characters. She and Captain Hook are not going to suddenly become nice people without any capacity to be evil, and they are going to face major temptations. One of the real questions is going to be whether or not they are that interested in fighting them, or just being good when it is convenient for them to do so."

As the group fights their way to Neverland, Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) will be have a hard time as she attempts to fix her blackened heart. "Now, it's a matter of finding again who she is," Goodwin says. Unfortunately, the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) is along for the ride - and though she planned to sacrifice herself in the finale, she may not have turned completely good. (Parrilla noted that her favorite kill on the series is coming in Season 3.)

A good kill? "My favorite kill is coming up in season 3," said Lana Parrilla. Hmmm ... does Regina get revenge for Henry?

OUAT SEASON 3- Lana Parrilla INTERVIEW WITH "Wetpaint"

Dynamics are shifting aboard the Jolly Roger this year, and Lana notes that she felt like she’s playing “Regina in a new costume trying to be this super action hero” as she shifts from trying to kill Rumplestiltskin, Hook, The Charmings, and Emma to picking them up from the floor (possibly literally).

Read on to see what sort of magic (or lack thereof) awaits Regina, why she could be “in deep s—t,” plus why she loves “tormenting little children”!

Wetpaint Entertainment: So, what’s happening in Neverland?

Lana Parrilla: I’ve completed one episode; I’ve read the second. I know nothing. Nothing is ever really revealed in the first couple episodes anyway.


What do you hope for?

We’re in the jungle! I’m excited! I want to roll up my sleeves and I want to get dirty. I think that I will say in the first episode, I felt like I was playing a different character. I think it’s very action-oriented so there’s a lot going on, and there are moments here and there where you really are seeing us have to work together and that’s new. Different like, I don’t like these people — why am I working with them? So I didn’t feel like Regina; it felt like Regina in a new costume trying to be this super action hero. I felt like I was one of the Avengers, and I think that’s what it kind of feels like in Neverland in the beginning. I’m sure it will all come together and be something amazing.


Robert [Carlyle] said that the camaraderie pretty much gets tossed overboard within minutes of the first episode. Does Regina end up with an unlikely allies?

I think there are some friendships that develop surprisingly to us villains and heroes.


Why is it surprising?

Because it’s people that you’re always trying to kill, and then all of the sudden you’re having to lend them a hand and pick them up from the floor. I think that that’s new for these characters. And it’s not what Regina was expecting but … Henry’s been kidnapped, so we need to find him, and we need to save him together. I think when you’re embarking to a land that’s foreign, it’s probably best to work together. I think we’re stronger as a team than individuals.



Neverland is grounded in magic, so will Regina see an increase in her powers?

I hope so — otherwise, oh s—t! What are you going to do? It’s not like she is a badass sword fighter. I always think about that. I’m from Brooklyn and I grew up pretty rough and can fight, and Regina can’t. There are times when I’m just like, “Ugh I just want to punch!” Regina is the princess and the Queen, so she doesn’t even know how to do those things. But there’s magic, and if her magic is taken away in Neverland, she is in deep s—t. So, I’m hoping her fireballs are bigger than they have ever been, because she will need them.


Last season, Regina struggled so much with trying to be the person Henry wants her to be while also being who she actually is. How is she dealing with that this season?

Like I said, we just completed the first episode, so I have no idea! She’s going to be struggling with other things and I think that’s what’s happening right now with Regina. I think she’s having to step out of herself and work in this group to get Henry back, and she’s not as self-possessed — at least from what we shot in the first episode. I don’t see her as self-possessed as she normally is.


What is your favorite version of Regina to play?

I love when she’s up to no good. You can’t really be like that in life or you get in a lot of trouble, and when you’re a public figure, you really can’t. You’re on your best behavior. It’s fun to live out those things in the character; I like it. I like tormenting the little children — that’s fun for me.

Maybe on Neverland you can torment the Lost Boys?

In the past two seasons, did you get to take home any mementos?

No, I haven’t, although my niece has her own little Evil Queen costume that they made her. She’s an amazing little girl, so she got one — I didn’t get one.. But you know, my fans are so amazing and I love them so much. They give me the most incredible gifts, so I feel like I have so many from every season. I even have a shovel! Someone gave me a shovel from the episode when I was digging something! It has Regina Mills inscribed on it. I also get a lot of Evil Queen jewelry and feathers and stuff.

Lana- "I think there are some surprising friendships that develop amongst our villains and heroes.
It's surprising because these people were trying to kill and thwart each other and all of the sudden you’re having to lend them a hand and pick them up off the floor ("literally") I think that’s what's new for these characters. Henry’s been kidnapped, so we need to find him, and we need to save him together. I think when you’re embarking to a land that’s foreign, it’s probably best to work together. We're stronger as a team than individuals."

RumBelle - We know they're going to start off in separate worlds, literally. But Rumpelstiltskin and Belle need to find one another again, no matter what land they end up in.
Emma needs a love life - We know her focus will be on getting Henry back but the girl's had no love life over the last two seasons. Can she find some romance this year and not have them fall through a portal, turned into a child, or have their heart crushed to dust?
Adopting Henry - We know Regina adopted Henry as a baby but how and why? That's a huge back story that deserves to be explored.
Emma/Regina/Henry - This is a tough one because we love it when the Evil Queen is, well…evil. But it would be wonderful to see Emma and Regina come to some sort of co-parenting agreement with Henry because in his heart, Henry really does have two mommies.
Captain Hook - Hook has his faults but he's been used, abused, and lied to by Emma, Cora, and Regina. Can the guy find a little bit of love this season?
Too Many Worlds - A third of the cast is off to Neverland, many characters are back in Storybrooke and we're guessing Neal will end up back in the Enchanted Forest (if he's still alive) with Mulan, Ariel, and Prince Philip. Add in the past and present story lines and that's a lot of ground to cover. We hope our favorite characters don't spend too much in different worlds...

Regina Could Be In DANGER This Season! ;O

"Regina Mills is in a world of trouble in Once Upon a Time Season 3 — at least according to portrayer Lana Parrilla. When Wetpaint Entertainment caught up with her at a San Diego Comic-Con 2013 roundtable with other reporters, she revealed that the erstwhile Evil Queen could be “in deep s—t” if her magic doesn’t work, as — shocker — she can’t wield a sword.

Also, while Lana seems sweet in real life, she shared some interesting tidbits about playing Regina — including how she loves “tormenting little children,” too. Read on to see why she felt like “one of the Avengers” in Neverland with unlikely friends, plus some intel about how she wants to “get dirty” this year.

What do you hope for in Neverland?

Lana Parrilla: We’re in the jungle! I’m excited! I want to roll up my sleeves and I want to get dirty. I think that I will say in the first episode, I felt like I was playing a different character. I think it’s very action-oriented, so there’s a lot going on and there are moments here and there where you really are seeing us have to work together and that’s new. Different like, “I don’t like these people, why am I working with them?” So I didn’t feel like Regina — it felt like Regina in a new costume trying to be this super action hero. I felt like I was one of the Avengers, and I think that’s what it kind of feels like in Neverland in the beginning. I’m sure it will all come together and be something amazing.

These people working together is shocking. What was the most surprising part for you?

Neverland is grounded in magic, so will Regina see an increase in her powers?

I hope so — otherwise, oh s—t! What are you going to do? It’s not like she is a badass sword fighter. I always think about that. I’m from Brooklyn and I grew up pretty rough and can fight, and Regina can’t. There are times when I’m just like, “Ugh, I just want to punch!” Regina is the princess and the queen, so she doesn’t even know how to do those things. But there’s magic, and if her magic is taken away in Neverland, she is in deep s—t. So I’m hoping her fireballs are bigger than they have ever been, because she will need them.

What is your favorite version of Regina to play?

Aww. Who else loves that Henry has faith that his moms (both of them, as he says) will always come for him? If Regina and Emma could just learn to get along for an extended period of time (and if Regina could learn to share Henry's love), they really could make a happy, functional family. Clearly, Henry's already on board with the idea! Of course, we expect there will be plenty of drama on the Jolly Roger before Emma, Regina, and co. make it to Neverland and find a way to rescue Henry. However, this is Once Upon a Time, so we have faith it will all work out in the end.
