At the PPG's house, Yakko, Wakko, Dot, Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup and Professor Utonium were having mac and cheese for lunch.

Bubbles: [eating her mac and cheese] And then the evil Mojo Jojo melted the statue and announced to us that he is going to cause আরো destruction, [begins to impersonate Mojo] because he is.... Mojo Jojo!
Buttercup: [eating her mac and cheese] And we tried to fly to him to attack him, but he knocked us out with his blaster rays.
Yakko: [eating his mac and cheese] And that's where I came in. I smashed the evil monkey disc-flat with my sledgehammer. I'm quite good, eh?

The Warners and the Powerpuff Girls ran inside the arcade. What follows is a montage of them playing the arcade's games and well, hanging out.

Dot: And I'm Princess Angelina Contessa Louisa Francesca কলা Fanna Bo Besca the Third! অথবা আপনি can call me Dot, [shoves her face into the mayor's face] but call me Dottie and আপনি die!
Blossom: [grabs Dot away] Now now, Dot, no need to get a little angry.

Blossom: [salutes] Yes, mayor!
The Powerpuff Girls fly out of the city hall, followed দ্বারা the Warners. While following the girls, Yakko, Wakko and Dot run past Miss Bellum. Yakko and Wakko go back and notice Miss Bellum.
Yakko and Wakko: Helloooooo Nurse!!
Dot: [sighs angrily] Boys... [grabs her brothers and exits the scene]
The girls and the "puppy" children were now at Mojo's current location. Blossom notices the evil monkey.
Mojo Jojo: [laughs evilly] I, Mojo Jojo, have broken out of jail, and returned to cause আরো destruction in Townsville, and do আপনি want to know why my বন্দুক are আরো better? Because... ummm.... I want to cause আরো destruction, cause I am.... Mojo Jojo! And I brought in some reinforcements!
Mojo snaps his fingers, summoning The Gangreen Gang, HIM, and Fuzzy Lumpkins, who were also wearing armor like him and carrying upgraded blaster guns.
Blossom: Perhaps আপনি stay here, Yakko, Wakko and Dot. Leave the beating to us, because আপনি don't have any superpowers. [flies to the villains with her sisters]
Dot: [looks at the viewer and points to the girls with her thumb] Girls...
A sequence somewhat similar to the battle scene in the original PPG opening sequence commences. Blossom backs away a little and tries to fly to and মুষ্ট্যাঘাত Mojo, but gets zapped out দ্বারা his gun. Bubbles attempts to মুষ্ট্যাঘাত Fuzzy Lumpkins but gets easily zapped when he says "Look! A butterfly!" and looks back. Buttercup flies in in her kicking pose to try to মুষ্ট্যাঘাত HIM, but he dodges causing her to hit a nearby wall, and then gets zapped. The PPGs get up, not unconscious yet, and fly to their enemies to try to beat them, only to get zapped দ্বারা The Gangreen Gang.
Mojo Jojo: [laughs evilly with Fuzzy Lumpkins, HIM and The Gangreen Gang] And you, [points to the Warners] আপনি are not to be any help to The Powerpuff Girls, and not to smash me with your horrible hammers! HIM, imprison these annoying কুকুরছানা children!
HIM: [salutes] Yes sir, Mr. Mojo, sir! [uses his demonic powers on the "puppy" children, generating a metal cage around them, imprisoning them]
Mojo Jojo: Now that those six are taken care of, let's cause chaos in Townsville!
The baddies then run off to cause destruction in the PPGs' hometown.
Dot: Well, I hate to say it but, our vacation has turned into a nightmare vacation. [becomes sad and cries loudly] THIS IS THE WORST VACATION EVER!!!! [continues crying, as Yakko and Wakko put their hands on her shoulders to comfort her]
In a scene in the same vein as the one in The Rowdyruff Boys episode in the 1998 PPG, Dot's giant tears flow out of their cage imprisonment and to the girls, which magically revives them. The Powerpuff Girls get up and look at their bad guys in the distance, who are causing destruction in their hometown.
Blossom: [ashamed] I can't believe it... we.... lost.
Bubbles: I think they look stronger than us.
The girls hear Dot crying and fly to her.
Blossom: What's wrong, Dot?
Dot: [crying] Our vacation, it's ruined. And not only that, your villains have succeeded in defeating আপনি and are terrorizing our vacation city. [resumes crying]
Yakko: [breaking the fourth wall] Good thing she has short attention spans. After all, she's a little girl. [holds out a lollipop and hands it to Dot] How about a lollipop, little sis?
Dot: [stops crying and becomes happy] Lollipop!?!? Yay!! [swipes the lollipop from her big brother and begins to lick on it]
Blossom: I'm sorry, but we're going প্রথমপাতা to think about our unfortunate defeat.
She was about to walk away with her sisters, but Yakko stops them দ্বারা tossing an anvil right in their path, surprising the girls.
Yakko: Wait! I bet there's another way we can beat those nasty villains.
Buttercup: আপনি have?
Wakko: Yeah. We're toons. We can pertain to cartoon physics and violence. Like for example, [brings in the same anvil Yakko threw earlier and jumps on শীর্ষ of it] we can walk in mid-air and not get affected দ্বারা gravity until we realize. [walks off the anvil, yet does not fall] Now! [he looks down and drops down] Ta-da!
Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup clap at their cartoon physics.
Yakko: Remember the zany things we're অভিনয় during filming of our show?
Blossom: [nods yes]
Yakko: 'Cause now for cartoon violence. [flattens Wakko with a mallet, leaving him in a disc shape]
Blossom: Wow! And আপনি guys don't even die.
Dot: Correct for one reason, we're cartoon characters.
Yakko: I suggest আপনি fight those baddies with our physics and violence.
Blossom: Ok. Now let's beat some evildoers, shall we?
Yakko: But first, let's get out of this cage.

Using his very strong appetite, he begins to eat the entire cage piece-by-piece until he and his sibs are free.
Yakko: Thank you, Wakko!
Wakko: Don't thank me, big bro. Thank my apptite.
And so the six বন্ধু went off to stop the bad guys.

Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup and the Warners: We do!
The villains, hearing this, turn around and see the Powerpuff Girls, accompanied দ্বারা the "puppy" children, armed with cartoony weapons like mallets, anvils, dynamite sticks, and baloney.
Mojo Jojo: The Powerpuff Girls!?!?!? And those কুকুরছানা children!?!? How did they get out of their imprisonment!?!?!?!?
Yakko: Ask my brother over here [points to Wakko with his thumb, who burps]
Mojo Jojo: Whatever. Now, attack, my team of villains!!!!
The villains and নায়ক then start to charge at each other to commence their fight.
At first it seemed like a typical hero-vs-villain battle. But this is where the heroes' toon violence starts. Yakko has Blossom distract Mojo Jojo and pulls his pants to toss in some baloney, which disgusts the monkey. Dot pulls a string which triggers a নিরাপদ to fall on HIM. Wakko drops an anvil on Fuzzy Lumpkins. And Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup fly দ্বারা The Gangreen Gang and stick dynamite in their pants, causing them to explode.
Blossom: Now, leave it to us. [flies to the villains with her sisters]
Then they began to beat their enemies their way: with punches and kicks.
Blossom: [flies back] Now, let's finish them off, shall we?
She, her sisters and the "puppy" children then produce their mallets and aim them at the baddies for their looney tuney finish-off.

The six then blow their mallets.
Yakko: That'll teach আপনি to mess with us Warners!
Buttercup: And Powerpuffs!
Mojo Jojo: [weakly] C-c-curses...!

Yakko: Don't worry, guys. I have the solution to this problem [pulls out the same Anti-Ick Towel from before] আপনি have to hear this, I can stretchen it to size too! [proves his point দ্বারা streching the towel, altering its size a little]
He stretches the towel আরো so that it is the same size as the city area and puts the towel over it.
Yakko: And in 1... 2... 3!
He removes the towel, revealing the city's area clean and fixed.
Buttercup: Wow!
Yakko: [looks at his watch] Hey, we still have some time to hang out during our one-day vacation. Whaddya say, guys?
Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup, Wakko and Dot: Yeah!
They return to the PPGs' house.
Professor Utonium: Hello there! Nice to see আপনি back. So, how was your time?
Blossom: Well, we had a lot of fun at the arcade, but then we were called দ্বারা the mayor because of Mojo escaping from jail with his villain friends. So we tried to stop them, but we failed because they looked stronger than we thought. But we learned cartoon violence and physics from our বন্ধু to take out those evildoers. And it worked!
Professor Utonium: Huh? I thought toon violence only existed in cartoons. Anyway, are the কুকুরছানা children still staying?
Yakko: Heck yeah we do! Now Blossom, what do we wanna do now?
