Celcia from Those Who Hunt Elves. There's a different elf in each episode, and they all must be stripped (hunted), in order to determine if they have a rune symbol fragment on their bodies. The symbol is then transferred to Celcia, which will allow a spell to be performed once all the fragments are obtained.
