My পছন্দ জীবন্ত is Ouran High School Host Club, and the first (and only) person to die is Haruhi's mom.

FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood's... well, there's two উত্তর then I guess. In the canon timeline, that would be Trisha Elric. However, the first character we actually see die is Isaac McDougal. (Unless we're counting যেভাবে খুশী extras. In that case, I give up.)
