Well, that depends on if it's meaningless fanservice or if it's almost kind of part of the plot (like in romance anime).

I really don't care if there's fanservice.
Just picked this one because it's the only answer that somewhat makes sense for me (Because Blair from Soul Eater, Panty and Stocking, etc.)

It depends... sometimes I find it funny, especially if it's only one character who does it, like in Maria Holic. Usually though, I find that it gets in the way of the plot and just ends up taking away from the show ._.
