I find her highly annoying, but I have to respect her undying loyalty to Light.
And she's actually pretty cute when she's serious...

Probably Black Star from Soul eater

Mitsuba from Owari no Seraph.
She's a great character, is strong but not overpowered, and has pretty good development. She's just... such a tsundere.

I find Hinata from Haikyuu!! annoying, but he is the protagonist and he has good goals so of course I respect him.

Yeah. Or have in the past. One was Noda from Angel Beats. He annoyed me and I disliked him, but I still respected his loyalty and protective side in regards to Yuri.
One I definitely find annoying and kind of dislike is Ichigo from Bleach. He annoys me a lot. And Sosuke Aizen. I really respected him, but the way he acted towards the end just annoyed me in general. He should have been a lot smarter than that.
Asuka from Neon Genesis Evangelion also really annoyed me, but I still respected her a little bit, too, because she was trying to harden Shinji up, who, let's face it, was pretty lame a lot of the time.

Otherwise, not really. I usually try to remain relatively nonchalant to characters I don't instantly like and find their good sides and a reason to like them. There aren't many anime characters I don't like.

Uchiha Sasuke. I don't like him at all, and he's kinda annoyed me. But I do respected him for his past, his loyalty to family
