last scene of season 6 episode 14 and B&B relationship. (what is gonna happen??)

to sum up that scene was heartbreaking.
not cause he broke up with hannah (that was a plus YAY)
but seeing booth like that was just.. wow..
so let men get this straight. booth gave brennan the ultimatum of choosing to
either leave and get a new agent
অথবা to stay and carry out their traditional case closed drink and he remain her partner because he think that there is something wrong with him??
still a little fuzzy on that part.
so is booth gonna like just get over his emotions and anger and continue..
i need spoilers অথবা something.. is like everything gonna go back to normal like to before hannah??
