Anyone that says it would ruin the show, shouldn't watch in the first place. Unlike in XFiles, I think these two characters could handle it. We know a lot about their personal lives. Why can't love ever just become part of the storyline?
There are a few shows where they let the people just get together and stop draging it out and it does work. Then you have a whole new set of problems and storylines. It could work, but it has to be handled well.
My favorite thing is when he rescues her from being kidnapped and she just holds him and kinda crys a little. *sigh*
The chemistry and sexual tension between them is so great that everytime I watch Bones, I feel I may explode.
Theyy better get together in Season 4, maybe start with an slow but passionate kiss, then maybe a drunken night. You know.
Not too fast, but not so slow everyone forgets they're together. That's how it should be.

They definitely should be together...though I agree that would probably bring the show to an end, haha. I just hope that if they do eventually get together it won't end up being a lame cycle of breaking up and getting back together again. I'd rather have them draw it out over time
Ok,3 years ago i would have said no,but they are going on the 4th season& it been long over due,but i am glad about that,because if they would have hooked up in the first episode it would have gotten boring by now just like the MerDer couple.& i have to say about what "xElvenPiratex" said, i may be the only one,but if they do it right the whole breaking up& getting back together thing can actually be very fun, if it's written well:)
I really want to see Bones jump Booth. And him get all surprised. And maybe not get together officially yet..but maybe the last season the episodes right before the last one, they could be a legit couple and solve the crimes! They would be so happy and the perfect team!! And the last episode she could get preggo?
I think at the same time though, the show would be so much more different if they actually became a couple, which is why I like the whole flirting thing they do.
They were my first TV couple addiction and I still want them together. The only other TV couple that I adore as much as B&B and want together this badly is NCIS' Tiva. I wouldn't even care if them hooking up ruined the show , I just want them together. Well actually I would care if it ruined the show I just wanted to show how badly I want the two Bs together.

YES they should but they still haven't, but some people r right if they did get 2gether it would ruin the show. season 4 finale was most unimaginative episode of anything. HE WOKE UP and AMNESIA are the writers mentally challendge most over rated over used storylines ever!!!! ahh so angry im not waiting till nxt season i m waiting until the episode when he gets his memory back.
Booth could do so much better with a normal person like Special Agent Payton Perotta. I wouldn't wish Bones on anyone she's not normal when it comes to dealing with people.
Yeah, i think we'd all love them to be together but you have to understand.. the whole show is based on the tension and without it, it would be one of those shows that fly under the radar.. you know what i mean?

I picked no, for the reason that I love the chemistry they have now, and I am not sure if they brought them together (together) that would continue. I think of them as a couple as it is all about their partnership and they have genuine feelings for each other but their personal lives are on totally different levels, his catholicism, family values etc, and her inability to consider his beliefs. It works right now in the the context of two people committed to each other in every other was besides the sexual. I may be wrong and the writers can make it work.
I said no because once they're together, the chemistry isn't the same, and the show ends. Bones and Booth beating around the bush, people... it's what the show's all about! Take that away, and we'll be looking at a big, fat cancellation stamp on our favorite show.
Really though, I do love them together. I just don't want to lose the show.
