Yes, I do get annoyed and frustrated sometimes when that happens. It doesn't even have to be pictures, it can be videos, links, picks etc. It depends on the situation though. For example if the pictures are HQ অথবা a slight different version, অথবা if the video is an extended interview অথবা an extended প্রবন্ধ with আরো information than I don't mind so much. Most of the time I just ignore it and rate it low-ish. We can't do much about it.
Also sorry if I'm an offender on this spot, I don't come on this spot a lot and I check before I add anything to see if it's already been added. But checking can only do so much and everyone makes mistakes.
