Try this delicious Bundt cake topped with an কমলা sugar glaze.

3 tablespoons vegetable shortening
2 1/2 cups finely chopped walnuts (split)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup softened মাখন
1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup টক cream অথবা plain nonfat yogurt
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 tablespoons কমলা liqueur (cointreau, triple sec)

1 cup powdered sugar, shifted
2 tablespoons কমলা রস

Thoroughly grease a 10 to 12-cup microwave-safe bundt pan with shortening; sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the chopped walnuts to কোট evenly.
Sift flours, baking powder and baking soda.
