Critical Analysis of Twilight উত্তর

I don't hate the word at all. What I hate is the way "chagrin" and its derivations (i.e.: chagrined) were used and abused all over the Twilight Series. As it was the case with many other words, such as "incandescent", "chagrin" wasn't used properly, but as a mere attempt to look smart. আরো information here: link

'Chagrin' means 'annoyed, disappointment, etc.' So... 'Her face flushed with chagrin' means 'Her face flushed with annoyance'? Whew....

^ I'm slowly পাঠ করা Midnight Sun now just because and I've already bumped into the word a few times. It's made me cringe. I'm not entirely sure, but I think I read both "chagrin" and "chagrined" on the very same page.

because when I looked it up to make sure I have the right definition and didn't sound ignorant, I realized I've been pronouncing it wrong. :/
