Has Twilight Ever Gotten In The Way Of Your Friendships?

It has to me. All my বন্ধু have read the Twilight অথবা seen the films, so have I, for that matter, but I, unlike them, hate it. I feel alot like a gooseberry around them now. They're always going on about Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner (ESPECIALLY Taylor Lautner) and such. When it first started,I didn't mind so much, they raved for a bit, but then that was it. But ever since New Moon came out, they've turned into violent
-really violent- fangirls.
They started tattoing Taylor Lautner's name up and down their arms, wrists and hands, often decorated with little stars and hearts, I, making a joke, tattooed Rupert Grint's name on the side of my wrists and they attacked me. Now, my friend, Josie has started লেখা a book, it's EXREMELY like Meyer's লেখা and her main character is an obvious Mary-Sue in a প্রণয় ত্রিভুজ with two boys (Sound familiar?) I was really kind with my critism, but she didn't take me seriously. So it got worse, I tried to be a little আরো blunt and she completely freaked out.
She ব্যক্ত that she didn't care what I said, that she was her own person, so I ব্যক্ত that she was her own person, but whats the point in asking my opinion if আপনি don't want to be critised. Then she ব্যক্ত my opinion didn't matter. I then got a little annoyed and that and said, very sarcastically, that she was going to be a GREAT লেখক if her book didn't get published straight away. And she pretended she didn't sense my sarcasm and ব্যক্ত yeah,she was, even better than me.
That struck me hard. লেখা and বই are my life, and I've always wanted to be a writer. I got upset and (I know this is mean, but I was IRATE) I ব্যক্ত 'At least my লেখা has a voice, yours just sounds like Meyer's, and anyways WHO'S poem got published in a proper book?!'
Now, effectivley, I am a loner at school. My only friend who agrees with me, Rudy, doesn't go to my school, so I'm all on my lonesome.
