The Princes don't really save the Princesses

This is my first প্রবন্ধ here and I hope আপনি like it. I'm getting tired people calling ডিজনি (Especially ডিজনি Princess) sexist. So I decided to write an প্রবন্ধ about why I think the Princes don't really save the princesses.

Sorry for no pictures!

1.Snow White
The Prince in Snow White doesn't really do anything. He just sings a serenade and disappears till the end of the movie.
He didn't fight the Evil Queen. He didn't really do anything.
Snow White should thank the dwarfs for saving her life not the Prince. If the dwarfs buried her, the Prince would never find her and চুম্বন her.
So all he did was just খুঁজুন for her and চুম্বন her. I bet that if Snow White wasn't hiding from her Stepmother she would খুঁজুন for the Prince too.
And I bet that the Prince didn't খুঁজুন for her himself. He has many servants who can do that.
And স্নেহ চুম্বন someone is not that hard. He didn't even know he saved her till she woke up.

2.Cinderella
The Godmother gave her the dress and sent her not the ball, not the Prince. She saved her. All the Prince did was decide to marry her. And that was thanks to Cinderella's charm. He just waited for the "perfect" girl to show.
He is one lazy prince. :P
Credits go to the mice,birds and other জন্তু জানোয়ার too. They helped Cindy a lot.

3.Aurora
We all know that the The Three Good পরী are real the protagonists. They raised her, they protected her and Merryweather cast a spell on her so she wouldn't die.
Phillip didn't really do anything. If the পরী wouldn't come to rescue him, he would be Maleficent's prisoner forever. All he did was with the help of The Fairies. He didn't even kill Maleficent himself.

4.Ariel
Well, Eric killed Ursula in the end but I bet that was because they wanted him to be a আরো interesting character.
Ariel didn't do much heroism either. But it's worth mentioning that she tried to fight Ursula and she saved Eric first.

5.Belle
Beast did save Belle from the নেকড়ে but that was only because he was a beast. If he was a human both of them would be ripped to pieces.
He had such a good হৃদয় that he couldn't kill Gaston.

6.Jasmine
আলাদীন did rescue her from the hourglass and showed her A Whole New World and he defeated Jafar (not দ্বারা killing him), but I bet that if জুঁই was the protagonist she could defeat Jafar too. She is quite smart too (even smarter than Aladdin).

7.Pocahontas
John Smith saved her father but not her.

She needed no saving at all but Grandmother Willow did help her a lot.

8.Mulan
No words to say.

9.Tiana
Tiana defeated the villain. Naveen helped her with the restaurant but that was after Tiana changed him and his parents gave him the money. Not much of a rescuing.

10.Rapunzel
Flynn helped Rapunzel with her dream but that was because he wanted that crown.
In the end he escaped from the prison with her help of the Pub Thugs. He sacrificed himself for Rapunzel, but he wouldn't have to chance to do that if Rapunzel wouldn't sacrifice herself for him first. (Cutting Rapunzel's hair first, wasn't really the smartest thing to do. He could let Rapunzel heal him and then cut her hair.)
Rapunzel heals him in the end and they are each-others new dream. Tadaaaa!
So this is a perfect relationship. They totally deserve each-other.

11.Merida
She has not প্রণয় interest. Her mother saves her a few times but there's nothing wrong with that. She saves her too.

12. Anna
Kristoff just accompanies Anna because he knows the way. Nothing else. Oh, wait her does send her to the trolls. He also sent her back to Hans, but that didn't quite help much. Olaf helped them more.

So, in conclusion, the Princesses are saved দ্বারা theirselves অথবা their sidekicks and not really দ্বারা the Princes. Except for Jasmine, who is totally saved দ্বারা the Prince. And the only one to never even try to save herself if Aurora
Remember, this is only my opinion. If any of আপনি disagree, I would be happy to hear your opinions.

If someone wrote an প্রবন্ধ like this before then I'm sorry!

And I'm curious if anyone's পছন্দ তালিকা has changed পাঠ করা this প্রবন্ধ because my তালিকা has really changed after লেখা it.

TigerRanma I agree with some of it. I like that under Mulan, it says "No words to say". Under Jasmine, you say that she'd save herself or save Aladdin if she was the protagonist and only point out that Aladdin saves her. I guess if we're talking "what if's" but since Jasmine isn't the protagonist, she doesn't. Pretty much Aladdin saves her, starting with saving her at the marketplace from getting her arm chopped off. Funny that Anna is considered an idiot for being isolated in her castle for many years, yet she's more aware than Jasmine about paying for stuff.

Silverrose1991 Nice article! Personally, I don't find a problem with all the princesses needing help sometimes: it makes them human, not weak. The only thing I disagree is that I think the Prince did search for Snow White himself. He's a romantic, sweet guy who would want to be the first to meet his loved one again.

KotokoAihara Interesting article. I think you are right expect for Ariel, Jasmine, and Rapunzel which you did mention that the princes did a lot, but I think they probably shouldn't be on the list. I believe John Smith saved Pocahontas with John Rolfe in the sequel and in saving her father he does save her from suffering a great loss.

manu962 @TigerRanma Yeah, I know Jasmine needed a lot of saving . I really hate what Disney did to her. You can totally see that she isn't the "damsel in distress" type of princess yet Aladdin had to save her every time. The fact that she is a deuteragonist isn't an excuse that she needs to be saved. I loved her before because I thought she was strong and independent, but I'm afraid now she will be dropping in the end of my list. @Silverrose1991 Thanks! I don´t have a problem with the Princesses needing help, every normal person needs help sometimes. You may be right- Maybe he searched for Snow White himself. I was just assuming that he probably didn't have time since he is a prince and has royal duties. "KotokoAihra About what don't you agree about Ariel, Jasmine and Rapunzel? Oh, I forgot about the sequels (That´s kinda disappointing). And you´re right, John Smith did save her too when saving her father, but she didn't need anyone to really save her.

CRaZy_rawR I mainly agree when it comes to the Classics. 👏 I hate when people say they are only damsels in distress! It's not like Snow intended on her being poisoned, knowing the prince will save her. Great job! Well written and you gave your points clearly. :3

TheFabulousFAN I agreed for the first half, but you must admit the Princes do save them in some way. There is nothing wrong with that soooo :/ and the fairies DID NOTHING!!! They made Aurora situation worse I've written an article about it too. The princes save them ....who cares? I don't see a problem so why make the article ....idk I guess not all of the princes save the princesses though.

KotokoAihara I just think would have been better if their was a rating system or something because those three are your typical damsel in distress because they have done some saving themselves. I agree with what you said though. They just aren't complete damsels in distress.

manu962 @TheFabulousFAN Well, I don't really agree when you said the Fairies did nothing. As I said in the article, they rescued the Phillip from Maleficent so he could kiss Aurora and wake her up. How do you think the Prince would get out of the prison himself? And where would he get the sword to kill Maleficent? Wouldn't he die in the "creepy forest" full of thorns or whatever it is that Maleficent made in front of the palace? And actually I think it is a bit wrong needing to be saved by the Prince all the time. @KotokaAihra I don't really think Ariel and Rapunzel are typical damsels in distress. Jasmine maybe a bit but still isn't the typical damsel in distress either. If there is a typical damsel in distress in Disney Princess that would be Aurora, in my opinion. And it's a great idea to rate them. I'll do that.

MadameLee Well how do you except either Snow White or Sleeping Beauty to 'save themselves'? Its not like either of them intend to fall asleep. I mean for the latter one-it's known for a fact the harder you try to prevent something happening the more likely it is to actually happen. The real Greek myths can show you more.

I finally worked out how to do this. My mistake was mixing too many languages together which made it impossible to translate it back into full English. That's why Snow White's paragraph came back with only one sentence. I've done a remake of it with funny results including সিন্ড্রেলা and Aurora's stories.

I am decided to sort DPs to Hogwarts Houses. So Anna was a little আরো interesting to write because as I started লেখা Anna's, I thought about how I used Elsa the end of the movie as a basis for making her princess তালিকা so I tried to focus on end of the movie Anna. However, I realized that, although I felt like Anna had changed-- she actually hadn't. I became conscious of the fact that the narrative was making Anna go through all the motions and dramatic arcs of someone going through a change, but she was still the same person at the end of the movie. Also, like Snow White, I think Anna would absolutely adore all of the ডিজনি Princesses....

I know Elsa isn't real - but I still want to wish her a Happy Birthday.

I was very lucky that I could do it, especially since I also made a drawing for her, tried to re-watch Frozen, etc. But I was also delayed because I had an appointment with my psychiatrist in Arad, and then I had to help out my father with renovating my Godmother/cousin's house, and exercise in order to stay in good shape. 10. Cinderella- I like সিন্ড্রেলা but I feel like she is a little too inexpressive in my opinion. I like that she is very strong and shows it দ্বারা keeping her cool throughout the movie. I mean her life is hard throughout the entire beginning of the movie, she is a victim of abuse দ্বারা her step-mother and sisters. So I definitely respect that about Cinderella. She is still a very monotonous character in my opinion so that's why I put her so low on this list.

9. Rapunzel- I like her girly and childish attitude, and I really like her style. I think purple definitely fits her. One complaint I have is...

Ready to meet your live-action counterparts?

Hi guys, since I had watch 3 reboots of their respective ডিজনি classics. Here are my opinions on which is better, the animated অথবা the live-action version?

Maleficent

Okay, as mentioned, this film left me disturbed for a number of reasons. The first was how they make King Stefan turn into the dark side, whereas in Sleeping Beauty. He is not like that at all! (1959 Version)
Sadly, Aurora gets less screen-time like her animated counterpart. But, she's আরো bubbly like Snow White! So I would say that I admire both the animated and live-action Princess Aurora. (tied)

My Review of the Reinvented Version of The Little Mermaid On Broadway

Well, I managed to be able to see the Broadway প্রদর্শনী of The Little Mermaid, something I’ve dreamed of experiencing since the moment I heard about the Broadway প্রদর্শনী years ago. Most of আপনি know that Disney’s The Little Mermaid is both my পছন্দ ডিজনি movie and one of my পছন্দ চলচ্চিত্র of ALL TIME, so this was MAJOR for me!
