1. How does it feel to be অনুরাগী of the Month?
It feels absolutely amazing. I was so surprised when I was notified since I didn't expect it at all! I am not a regularly active user because I tend to be busy with school, so I'm usually only really active during school breaks. Nevertheless it is so flattering to be recognized in this way!
2. Your পছন্দ Princess? Why?
For the past several years Belle has remained firmly at the শীর্ষ of my list. I really relate to her desire for adventure and her প্রণয় of books. I think that her bravery and ability to see past the surface of people are incredibly admirable. I think that the real reason why she has unwaveringly been my পছন্দ for so long is that she reminds me of my best friend. My best friend’s পছন্দ fairy tale has always been Beauty and the Beast, and so now that we go to college in different states watching Disney’s Beauty and the Beast reminds me of her and helps me to bridge the distance between us. Belle is both a comfort to me and a role model.
3. Your least পছন্দ Princess? Why?
Rapunzel has remained my least পছন্দ ever since ট্যাঙ্গেল্ড was released, although if Anna and Elsa are ever coronated Anna just might steal the spot from her. I don’t dislike Rapunzel, I simply find that her movie seems like it’s forcing me to like her, and that really bothers me. It makes her come across as a Mary Sue. She’s just a little too quirky, a little too cute, and a little too perfect.
4. Has your পছন্দ princess ever changed?
Yes, a few times. My childhood পছন্দ was Ariel. I was OBSESSED with her. No really, I would watch The Little Mermaid at least once a week, dreamily walk around গান গাওয়া “Part of That World,” force my father to act out scenes from the movie (me being Ariel, he being everyone else), and anytime I went swimming I spent the whole time pretending I was a mermaid. I didn’t even get my first haircut until I was in the third grade because I wanted my hair to be like Ariel’s! After Ariel I discovered Belle because my best friend loved her. Then for a brief time in middle school Aurora became my favorite, after which Belle reinstated herself. After I first saw The Princess and the Frog, Tiana held the শিরোনাম for a while, but once again Belle snuck her way back to the top, and she has remained there ever since.
5. Your পছন্দ Prince? Why?
That’s a tough one, I don’t really have a পছন্দ princes list. I’d probably say Shang, because beneath the cold military exterior আপনি can see his warm and honestly adorable personality. I প্রণয় the scene where he accepts the sword from his father, and when he tells মুলান “You fight good.”
6. Your least পছন্দ Prince? Why?
Prince Charming. No surprises here haha. He has no personality and doesn’t even try to find সিন্ড্রেলা himself, instead leaving it to the Grand Duke. I much prefer Kit from the 2015 live action Cinderella.
7. Your পছন্দ DP movie?
Beauty and the Beast! I প্রণয় the message it sends, and the characters and অ্যানিমেশন are wonderful. There isn’t a single character in this movie that I dislike. The soundtrack can send shivers down my spine and bring tears to my eyes. I think it is the best movie ডিজনি has ever done.
8. Your least পছন্দ DP movie?
Unfortunately I’m going to have to say Cinderella. It’s a beautiful and timeless film, but the mice grate on my nerves enough to put it at the bottom of my list. (If we are including Elsa and Anna in the lineup though, then ফ্রোজেন is my least favorite.)
9. If আপনি could choose one ডিজনি heroine to be in the line-up, who would it be? Where would they rank on your pretty তালিকা and পছন্দ list?
Kida!!! Atlantis: The হারিয়ে গেছে Empire is one of my পছন্দ non-DP movies, and I’ve always thought she deserved to be a part of the lineup. I প্রণয় her desire to help her people and her willingness to do anything for them, as well as her curiosity for history. She would be fourth on my পছন্দ list, and seventh on my prettiest list.
10. Which Princess do আপনি relate to most?
Definitely Belle. I share a desire for adventure and a প্রণয় of বই with her, as well as an ability to see the good in people. I can also relate to Pocahontas and Aurora.

Hmmm another tough one. I’ve never made a পছন্দ couples তালিকা before. I’d probably say Tiana and Naveen, because they both change each other for the better.

মুলান and Shang. Their relationship feels very shoe-horned in at the end. I would have preferred it if they had just remained friends.
14. Your পছন্দ DP Outfit?
Tiana’s white dream dress! It is so gorgeous and simple, and it comes with a fabulous feather boa!
15. Your least পছন্দ DP Outfit?
Probably Jasmine’s dark purple outfit that she wears at the very end of Aladdin. I’m not a অনুরাগী of most of her outfits, but this one is the worst in my opinion. I don’t like that shade of purple on her.

Can it be a DP movie? If so then Brave. If not, then probably WALL-E.

Merida! She could teach me archery and falconry and stuff. It would be so much fun.

Honestly, none of them. I tend to get along with most people I meet. I usually see the good in people and focus on it, so it’s rare for me to meet someone I dislike অথবা who rubs me the wrong way.
24. পছন্দ crossover couple? (the princess with another ডিজনি character অথবা prince)
সিন্ড্রেলা and Tiana. I think they would be the most adorable couple! They are both very driven, but have enough differences that their relationship would remain interesting. Tiana tends to be somewhat judgmental while সিন্ড্রেলা is very accepting. I think that Cinderella’s kindness would soften some of Tiana’s sharp edges, while Tiana’s outspokenness would teach সিন্ড্রেলা that sometimes it’s ok to be a little আরো forceful.
25. Have আপনি ever been to any of the ডিজনি theme parks? Which one? If not, which one would আপনি like to go to?
I have been to both Disneyland and ডিজনি World once each. Of the two I preferred Disneyland. I got to meet Pocahontas when I was at ডিজনি World though! She is the only princess I’ve ever met. She complimented me on my hat. :)
26. CGI অথবা Hand-drawn animation?
Both are beautiful, but I have to say hand drawn animation. In CGI things can be very detailed, but characters’ skin tends to look plasticky, which is annoying. I enjoy the simple beauty of hand drawn animation, as well as the versatility that can come from the different styles.
27. What's your পছন্দ activity on Fanpop?
Probably participating in countdowns অথবা making my own. They are always very interesting, and it’s nice to look অগ্রবর্তী to the পরবর্তি মতামত in the countdown.
28. What are your hopes on...
Fanpop? That we will continue to attract new and active users, and that those who are already here will continue being the wonderful people they are.
Upcoming ডিজনি movies? I am INCREDIBLY excited for Moana! I fear that they might be rushing its development, but I am hopeful nonetheless. A seafaring princess sounds so cool.
Future ডিজনি movies? I hope we get আরো ডিজনি Princess movies. I প্রণয় the franchise, and while some feel that the lineup is getting too crowded, I say the আরো the merrier!
29. If আপনি woke up one দিন and were stuck in a ডিজনি movie, which movie would আপনি want it to be?
Brave, because I could do fun things with Merida once the ভালুক issue got itself sorted out. অথবা Beauty and the Beast because Belle could give me some really great book recommendations.
