Why should she be in the lineup?
Although her movie was a flop, it's still জনপ্রিয় to this day; it's shown on tv every now and then, the movie has a lot of merchandise, had gotten a live action remake, and it has a few rides in the ডিজনি parks. And though she's not a princess অথবা in the lineup she's featured in ডিজনি Princess related stuff like DP magazines and DP sing-along চলচ্চিত্র and she's called the Princess of হৃদয় in the Kingdom Hearts games

Why shouldn't she be in the lineup?
She's too young to be in the lineup. That's really it. I would add because she's not royalty as well but মুলান and Pocahontas are in the lineup




9. Eilonwy
Why should she be in the lineup?
She's a princess and অনুরাগী will say she's bland compared to how she was in the book but I honestly like that she spoke her mind (even if she ব্যক্ত something rude unintentionally) and when Taran got mad at her at one point and ব্যক্ত "What would a girl know about swords anyway?" she stood up for herself, reminding him if it weren't for her he'd still be in a dungeon.

Why shouldn't she be in the lineup?
Her movie is one of the least জনপ্রিয় চলচ্চিত্র Disney's ever made and her movie is really dark (like আপনি see dead people, the main villain is a terrifying looking skeleton-like monster, and one of the characters sacrifices himself, as in jumps into the cauldron and dies). There's no rides based on The Black Cauldron, আপনি won't find merch for this movie anywhere except maybe online, no characters in the parks, and the movie is never shown on tv. She is so unpopular that unless you've actually seen her movie আপনি won't know who she is and she's too young to be in the lineup (she's 12, and I'm assuming she'd have to be a teenager to be in the lineup?)



8. Giselle
Why should she be in the lineup?
She acts like a princess, dresses like a princess, and does over the শীর্ষ গান গাওয়া like a princess does. She was origianly planned to be in the lineup, which would have been really interesting because then she would have been the very first DP to be in an animated/live action movie. Her movie, which made fun of different tropes from past ডিজনি Princess movies, was also a big success in theaters, is shown on tv, and is supposed to be getting a sequel.

Why shouldn't she be in the lineup?
ডিজনি realized they'd have to pay Amy Adams forever to use her likeness for Giselle পুতুল and অনুরাগী don't like that she's a mix of Ariel, Snow White, Cinderella, and Aurora



7. Kida
Why should she be in the lineup?
She was a princess for most of her movie and she clearly cares about her culture and her people. And though her movie involves death and বন্দুক (this movie has the highest body count in the ডিজনি franchise), it's a lot আরো lighthearted and fun compared to The Black Cauldron. I remember when I was a kid I actually liked that the movie was আরো realistic when it came to the dangerous stuff the characters had to encounter. Although her movie flopped, it's still a পছন্দ among many অনুরাগী who are still mad at ডিজনি for being the cause of it. If she was in the lineup she would be the oldest ডিজনি Princess in the lineup.

Why shouldn't she be in the lineup?
Her movie flopped at the box office and her becoming a কুইন at the end of her movie probably doesn't help. Like The Black Cauldron it's hard to find Atlantis merch



6. Esmeralda
Why should she be in the lineup?
She was part of the lineup for a while before being taken off. Though she doesn't act like a princess, she does care about her people and she acts আরো realistic. She stands up for what's right, she's sarcastic, defends herself when someone is insulting her অথবা tries to assault her, and she's flawed. She's also very kind hearted like when she helped Quasimodo when he was being publicly humiliated and her song God Help the Outcasts.

Why shouldn't she be in the lineup?
Though her movie wasn't exactly a failure, audiences did complain that the movie was too mature for children to watch; a woman dies at the beginning, a man lusts for a younger woman and makes her choose between being with him অথবা getting burned alive, it's not shown but there's a scene involving a man getting flogged, and the main villain falls to his death. Like The Black Cauldron and Atlantis it's almost impossible to find merch



5. Jane
Why should she be in the lineup?
Like Esmeralda she doesn't act like a princess but she does care about the জন্তু জানোয়ার in the jungle. This has been made clear since her first appearance in the movie when she's trying to stop Clayton from using his gun every few minutes. She's a great role model for kids. Her movie did great in the box office, got a spinoff show, a sequel, and a prequel.

Why shouldn't she be in the lineup?
Though it had been announced years পূর্বে that she was going to যোগদান the lineup, she ended up not being a part of it for some reason. অনুরাগী have ব্যক্ত that if she had joined the lineup she and Belle would get mixed up a lot (both have brown hair and wear yellow dresses)



4. Meg
Why should she be in the lineup?
Again, doesn't act like a princess but, again, she's a good person. It's brought up a few times how selfless she is; she sold her soul to Hades to save her boyfriend's life, when her freedom was on the line she refused to help Hades find Hercules' weakness, and when a pillar was going to fall on Hercules she pushed him out of the way and got crushed instead. Though she's cynical and can be mean at times, it's because of her boyfriend betraying her after she gave up her soul to save him, which ended with her being Hades' slave. After meeting Hercules আপনি can see her walls slowly coming down and আপনি can tell that she's not like a generic villain who decides to be good after falling for the good guy.

Why shouldn't she be in the lineup?
Like The Black Cauldron and Atlantis, the movie flopped. Though her movie did have a spinoff and a prequel (or is it midquel?) it's not as good অথবা well known as Aladdin's অথবা The Little Mermaid's.



3. Elsa
Why should she be in the lineup?
Even after almost 5 years this movie is still cosidered popular. When this movie came out it was almost impossible to go a দিন without the song Let it Go being played অথবা sung and eventually a sing-along version of the movie was released in theaters. Elsa herself is beloved দ্বারা many fans, one of the reasons being because she's one of the few characters who has anxiety অথবা depression, something a lot of people have and can relate to. In fact, her song Let It Go has become kind of an anthem for them.

Why shouldn't she be in the lineup?
Because the movie had gotten so জনপ্রিয় ডিজনি decided to দুধ this cashcow and even to this দিন it's still happening and it's gotten to a point long পূর্বে that now ফ্রোজেন is either tolerated অথবা flat out hated. Since ফ্রোজেন is so জনপ্রিয় Elsa doesn't need to be in the DP franchise



2. Moana
Why should she be in the lineup?
She's one of the first heroines (or at least one of the few) who is being taught to be a leader and actually wants to be a leader while still being able to go on adventures. Moana clearly cares about her island and the people on the island since we see her আরো than happy to help the villagers with their problems and she leaves to find Maui and return the হৃদয় so her প্রথমপাতা and people can be saved. She would be the first Polynesian DP which would add diversity to the lineup

Why shouldn't she be in the lineup?
She flat out say she's not a princess (though royal blood isn't something that's actually needed to be in the lineup) so if she was in it it'd be hypocritical



1. Anna
Why should she be in the lineup?
Like I ব্যক্ত with Elsa, ফ্রোজেন was a জনপ্রিয় movie that succussed at the box office. She's supposed to be designed to be different from other princesses; her behaviour is আরো relatable, she acts আরো excitable and awkward.


Why shouldn't she be in the lineup?
Again, ফ্রোজেন was too successful on its own to have her and/or Elsa be in the lineup. It was planned for them to be in the lineup until ফ্রোজেন became its own franchise
