Why I Think An Original Princess Should Be the First Gay DP

So, with this topic on whether অথবা not Elsa should be gay has been very জনপ্রিয় over the internet, I felt it was time to tell আপনি my opinion on this topic.

Before আপনি get disgusted with me অথবা anything, I have no problem with the এলজিবিটি গোষ্ঠী community. In fact, my best friend is gay, and we often talk about boys and "ship" each other.

Now, there are a lot of reasons I think ডিজনি should wait and make an original gay princess instead of making Elsa gay, I mean the main reason is I see Elsa as having no interest in romance- whether it's a male অথবা female. I would much rather have a sequel centering around...

So, I have been hearing from many people over their disagreements about Emma Watson's casting as Belle. So, I thought that I would write this প্রবন্ধ about it if she wasn't cast at all, first no hard feelings to any Emma Watson অনুরাগী out there (including myself) অথবা to the actress herself. So, this song has been covered দ্বারা a few artists, like Lucy Hale দ্বারা turning it into a country version. Then, another ডিজনি তারকা sang it, it is none other than Lea Salonga herself! Are আপনি ready for a battle between Team Salonga and Team Menzel? Here we go!

Idina Menzel

While I enjoy her version, she's a bit pitchy in certain parts. Although at some parts she's very emotional and I like that, because she's very ominous like Elsa and I'm glad that I like her version.

Lea Salonga

Many of আপনি know that she was the গান গাওয়া voice of মুলান and Jasmine, when I heard her version. I thought that she sounds even better than Idina! I would not actually mind her voicing Elsa anyway.
But I guess that they don't want Elsa to sound like জুঁই and Mulan!

Conclusion

While both of them are good singers, I would say that Lea is the best singer out of these two!

Since it isn't so much left until বড়দিন I decided to write a few প্রবন্ধ here on that theme, not sure how many I'll do, but here's the first one. আপনি may not remember this song, but link in case আপনি haven't heard the song. Anyway originally the song had the 6 first ডিজনি Princesses গান গাওয়া the song, but I decided to redo the song a bit দ্বারা adding 6 new princesses and their parts has new lyrics. 12. Brave- I despise this movie I really don't like Merida. While she may be a strong I think she is just rude and annoying. The film is so forgettable. I haven't seen the film in about 4 years and I don't plan on seeing it again.

Inspired দ্বারা link, who did an amazing job(! <3), I really wanted to do my own version with পছন্দ Openings. I actually really প্রণয় the original fairy tale concept of the ডিজনি Princesses and I প্রণয় the openings that give a আরো magical and fairy tale kind of feel. (By the way, I am primarily trying to stick to the first 2-4 minutes.) So here is my ranking of the DP film openings, I hope আপনি guys enjoy this light read! :D

I personally found this to be uninteresting and irrelevant to the film's magic, fairy tale and princesses (mostly) in the film. No explanation...

Here's my quick top10 পছন্দ of ডিজনি Princess movie songs. I get stuck to a new tune অথবা lyrics far easily, if its hummable and peppy especially. I like listening to songs and don't have particular fixed tastes in genres. Though i find, i tend to gravitate towards pop, rock and Indian music. Very rarely I enjoy classical music, although some that I প্রণয় become my all time পছন্দ and they don't die-out. I guess that's how classic সঙ্গীত is. Anyways, this is my current তালিকা of শীর্ষ 10 favrorites songs from DP movies, it keeps changing for sure as I সরানো onto newer songs.

The Classics (& Such DPs) Are Unrealistic....

.... অথবা Are They? I keep hearing this massive distortion that Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora and sometimes others are "unrealistically perfect". Well first of all, they're not actually "perfect" but yes they strive for it and come pretty close. The number one reason? The earlier DPs were made in a time where families were still valued as well as good morals and they were on their best behavior in front of children, hoping that the kids would learn to embrace positive traits and reject negative traits so they would be আরো positive people. They cared আরো about well-roundedness, being modest...

Merida: A character review in her defense

Okay, so I have come across a lot of criticism against Merida that she is childish, rude, reckless, selfish and what not. But since she's my 2nd পছন্দ princess, i'd like to put up a case in her favor for people to consider and see her in better light. I have tried to dissect the movie scenes, probed into possible perspective on various minor details that may have been overlooked.

Why she isn't sophisticated as others:
She no doubt loves both her mother and father, but Merida takes off a part of feisty, loud and unapologetically honest side from her father. She loves to fight with him, laughing...

The saddest moments from DP চলচ্চিত্র that made me cry and most often they still do. Some are close to হৃদয় while some are so well enacted and animated that i'm moved দ্বারা the simplicity of emotions.

13. 3 good পরী put the entire kingdom to sleep:
Despite their best of efforts, they lose Aurora to the spell and the only way to make things work is to put the entire kingdom to sleep, waking only when she awakens. It makes me sad to see them blame themselves for this loss. It doesn't make me cry though, but yes, it puts me in a sad mood.

My Version of "Prettiest Princess" Ranking

So I've been পাঠ করা that the "Prettiest Princess" ranking is sort of like a right of passage প্রবন্ধ that all of the অনুরাগী here on ফ্যানপপ do so I figured it was time for my own. Instead of just doing a physical beauty ranking, I wanted to do an সামগ্রিক beauty ranking instead. I personally see ranking women based only on their physical beauty as objectifying them so I am kind of confused that it's not looked at that way here on fanpop? (Not saying this to judge অথবা condone others but just out of genuine curiosity and confusion considering the way some অনুরাগী have reacted to perceived objectification...
