There's no real way to find out, I don't think.

The best thing আপনি can do is post a প্রশ্ন asking this on the spot in question, and if you're lucky, the creator will answer.

And yes, I know আপনি ব্যক্ত NOT to respond like this, but I honestly don't think there's any other way.

Why would আপনি need to know though? If the অনুরাগী want to change the banner, icon, অথবা motto, all they need to do is message the F4 about the changes.
