If আপনি want. I personally wouldn't because it doesn't seem like such a big deal to me, but if it is violating the rules of Fanpop, then go ahead and প্রতিবেদন them.

I don't think so, personally, unless they are lying about everything for example putting their age as the same as the film star, তারিখ of birth, commenting in a way that is convincingly like the film character etc. But I'd think they'd have to be pretty nuts and to know a lot about the person to do that. People putting their usernames and ছবি including their favourite film stars/singers/film অথবা book characters though is fine I think; I have a caricature of a hyena as my পরিলেখ picture and my 'name' is 'Crocuta crocuta', but I think pretty much everyone knows what species I really am...at least, most of the time ;D

I'm not sure if আপনি can প্রতিবেদন someone for that, but it all depends on how far they take it. If they're doing it as roleplay, অথবা doing it to be funny, then don't do anything. If they're taking it too far as to say that they are indeed the person they are impersonating and get extremely defensive whenever আপনি call them out on it, then আপনি should look at the rules to see if আপনি can প্রতিবেদন someone for doing it. If not, leave it alone. The police will deal with it in due time.
