Where is the option to classify সংগঠন as "dedicated" "die Hard" and stuff?

I've seen these things on other people's profiles but I dont have anything like that..
Where do I find option to set these?

আপনি don't buy it, obtain it, etc. আপনি EARN it. (or as some do who are medal w@#89s -they cheat

He অথবা she was just asking..... it took me a while to realise what the পদক were/what they meant too. Maybe আপনি should try to be less accusing?

আপনি shoudl not "get" people to say আপনি are অনুরাগী of them... that is cheating. অনুরাগী are people আপনি do NOT know অথবা who just happen to like different things. :/

I didn't mean "get" as in asking/begging people to অনুরাগী them. I just meant that people did অনুরাগী them. Couldn't think of a better way to phrase it.
