She is right, I do not know if আপনি can, but if so, আপনি would no longer receive নবীকৃত তথ্য in that club. The club remains there, but আপনি would not be listed any longer under fans. If আপনি wish to leave any club, that is your choice, so if it will let you~ আপনি can. If আপনি wish to a remove an entire club আপনি made then that is another story & takes reporting the club & explaining.
It's the same as if আপনি unfan a normal club, আপনি don't get the নবীকৃত তথ্য and it's not in your club list. But, আপনি can still সম্পাদনা the club. Like I unfanned a few of my own clubs, but I can still change the motto, banner, and icon.
